Alex's p.o.v

"Goodmorning honey." my mom said, kissing my forehead.

"Hi mom." I answered, walking towards the kitchen to get something for breakfast, finding a cup of coffee with some toasts in the counter.

"Oh, I didn't want you to be late your first day of school, so I decided to prepare you something. I hope this is okay." mom said, sending me a sweet smile.

"Yeah, it's okay, thanks." I grabbed the food and sat at the table with her. "Where's Tom? and dad?" I asked. I noticed she was tense, but I ignored it.

"They had to leave earlier, Tom had some stuff to do with his psychiatrist."

I nodded. My phone vibrated and I took it out.

From: Zack Merrick
im in your front door hurry uuup

I said sorry to my mom for leaving her alone and rushed to my room to look for my bag. I went downstairs, kissed her cheek and opened the door, to find Zack's car waiting for me with a blonde girl inside it I had never seen in my life.

I opened the backseat door and smiled at the music they were hearing. Green Day. "Hi Zack and...?" I asked, looking at the strange girl who sent me a cute smile.

"Hi, I'm Lisa. You must be Alex, right?" I nodded in response, which made her smile even more. "Zack told me a lot about you." she laughed and I did, too. I could see Zack was blushing, he always blushed about everything.

"Zee, there's nothing to be ashamed of. It's obvious you've talked about me to her, I'm hot as hell!" I chuckled while Zack turned around and shoot me a glare. "The eyes on the road, Zacky. I don't want to die, not today at least."

"Why are you so happy? We are starting school, not finishing it."

"Can't a man just be happy for once in his life without being criticized about it?" Zack just rolled his eyes.

Okay, here's the thing. I have a massive, enormous, big, huge, crush on my english teacher. I never had him as a teacher, maybe he was a complete asshole or a dick. But, he was sooo hot. I saw him once in the hall and since then, I'm his number one stalker. I know a lot of girls are crazy for him, but, who knows? maybe he thinks I'm hot. Shut up, Alex, that's impossible.

We got to school in time to go and get our schedules and that stuff calmly. I had english in the first period after lunch. I turned around and noticed Lisa was already here with us.

"Um, guys, I'm going to say hi to my friends. See you later, Zack" she winked at him. "And, nice to meet you, Alex. Hope we can talk another day." she smiled at me at walked away.

"What was that? Who is she? Why didn't you tell me anything? What?" I spit all my questions, and Zack giggled.

" I was driving to your house when I saw her walking and I remembered she was in my math class last year and we used to talk a lot, so I decided to give her a lift. We talked the few minutes to your house and decided to go on a date someday." he blushed, again.

"ZEE! THAT'S AWESOME!" I shouted and hugged him, receiving weird looks from some people walking. The thing is that Zack is a very socially awkward person, I'm the only person he could get to talk normally, but most of it because I forced him to talk to me. Not in the bad way, I mean, I talked to him a lot until he decided to trust me and now we are the best friends in the whole damn world.

"I hope everything goes fine, I think she's really cute..."

"I'm sure everything will go perfectly fine, Zack. Don't worry, I'll help you in everything, okay?" I smiled widely at him. I took his schedule and saw we have all lessons together except for the one after english, math. "All lessons together except for one? Cool! Let's go." I said, grabbing his arm and pulling him through the halls. This year would be the best of all.
