Do it for me (Book one)

"You know I'm not." Alex said with a laugh.
"Fucking christ." I mumbled sitting down.
His shirt felt different, was a looser fit.
"Uh, Alex truth or dare?"
"Fucking dare."
"Stroke the back of a player next to you under their clothing until your next turn." Alex looked at me then looked to Blake who was on the other side of him.
"Come here." He said scooting me closer to him.
He slid his hand under my shirt and his cold hand moved in a circle.
Of course I flinched at first as his hand made my skin shiver.
"Sorry." He whispered and continued.
"Derrek, truth or dare?"
"Since everyone has done a dare, I'll do truth."
"Uh, have you ever had a crush on any of the participants of this game?"
"That's not fair. Adrienne is the only obvious one here."
"It could be one of the guys. I don't know about you Derrek." I said in a serious manner.
"Uh, yeah I have." "Derrek answer truthfully.
"Tell the truth, Derrek." I playfully scolded, honestly thinking he was joking.
"I did."
Blake and Jake looked at each other.
"What?" I asked confused.
Alex still rubbing my back continued to make my mind wonder.
"I mean.. what?"
"I think he's got a crush on one of you." Alex answered.
"No, I did. Not anymore. When the band first started." He corrected.
"Alright so nothing to worry about, continue." I said changing the subject.
"Uh, right, Adrienne, truth or dare?"
"Dare."
"Leave the room. The rest of the participants exchange pieces of clothing each with each other. For each change you fail to identify, you lose one of your own." I groaned and stood up feeling Alex's arm leaving my back.
I turned and waited on him.
"Why are you just standing there?" Derrek finally asked.
"Alex's dare said he had to stroke my back until his next turn. It hasn't been his turn yet." He stood up and followed me to the back.
"You were one less person I had to memorize their clothing." I mentioned when we were enclosed in the room.
"Oh."
"Here let me have a pair of socks."
"You're such a cheater."
"I'm going to be standing there naked." I groaned.
"I'm not complaining." He laughed.
I pressed my hand against his chest pushing him away, but when I went to move it and to grab more clothing items he held on.
I spun back and his other hand wrapped around my back.
He pressed me against his body and leaned down kissing me again.
"I wanted a little of what Jack was getting." He said with a bright smile as he pulled away.
I still looked in shock.
This is so surreal, Alex Gaskarth kissed me.
I gave a weak smile back. "I need socks." I said with my voice shaky.
"Uh yeah." He said turning around and grabbing my bag.
"Uh, I'm going to put another pair of shorts on under these and a tank top." I mentioned pulling out selected items.
"Turn around." I instructed.
He listened, turning around looking towards the wall.
I finally put a pair of sweatpants overtop of my shorts.
"You can turn around now." I said when I completely finished.
"I think I heard them say ready too." I nodded and walked out of the room hoping for the best. Alex and I returned to our original spots and I looked closely at everyone.
"Derrek, you're wearing Jack's shirt that was originally Alex's." He nodded.
I got one right, "Wait did you put on sweatpants? You're cheating." Jack called out.
"I'm also not going to walk around naked." I said then returned matching.
"Uh, Jack you're wearing Blake's shirt?" I asked unsure.
He shook his head. I slid my sweat pants off revealing my shorts.
"Uh, then that's Jake's shirt?" He shook his head again.
"Shit." I mumbled sliding off a pair of my shorts.
"Rian's?" He nodded, finally.
"Rian you're wearing Jake's shirt?"
"Nope." I pulled off my shirt and I was now only in my tanktop, shorts, and socks. I bit my lip, "Blake's?" He nodded.
Cool, cool.
"Zack, Derrek's?" He nodded, I knew that one.
"Blake, you're wearing Jake's shirt." He nodded.
"That means Jake you're wearing Blake's shirt." He nodded.
"We exchanged more than shirts."
"Fuck." I mumbled.
"Uh, do I get hints or no?"
"We only changed shoes." Jack spoke up.
"Jack you have Derrek's shoes. Zack you have Blake's. Blake you have Jake's." I answer confidently. "
"The fuck? You memorize their shoes?" Alex asked.
"I'm with them 24/7 and they haven't bought new shoes since highschool."
"So that means, Rian you have Jack's?" He shook his head and I took off a single sock.
"Rian you have Zack's?" Rian nodded.
"Jake you have Jack's?"
"Nope. You're running out of socks." Jake laughed.
I shrugged and the other sock off.
"Jake, you have Rian's?" He nodded.
"So that means, Zack you have Jack's?" He nodded.
"Is that all?"
"You cheated." Jack complained.
"So. I didn't want to get naked."
"Alright, just a couple more?" I asked and they all nodded in agreement.
"Uh, Alex truth or dare?"
"Dare."
"Sit in the lap of a participant of your choice until your next turn." Alex smiled and lifted himself only a little off the ground and onto my lap.
"Jack truth or dare?"
"Kiss the person that you think finds you the most attractive." Jack of course came over in our direction, but quickly put his lips barely on Alex's cheek.
"Sorry Adrienne, I think Alex finds me just a bit more attractive than you."
"No, Alex totally can have that kiss." I laughed.
"Awe, you want a kiss to?" He asked moving into my cheek.
I quickly stuck my hand up. "No, no, Jack I'm fine." I laughed.
"I think I'm going to sleep." I said pushing Alex off my lap.
"Yeah, me too." Derrek added standing up and following me.
I crawled into my bunk sliding comfortably under the blankets, well as comfortable as you can get in a small space.
Oh, how I love touring.
I looked over and noticed Derrek on the other side.
"Who's under me?"
"Jack. He called it before I could."
I pulled the blanket up close to my nose, something that always helped me sleep.
With good dreams already formed in my head I fell quickly asleep.
"Adrienne?" I heard whispering from above me waking me up from my light sleep. I shifted over and stuck my head out of my bunk looking up to see Alex.
"You're awake." He said with a smile.
I laughed, "You're so dumb."
"I can't sleep." He groaned.
"I was sound asleep but y'know."
"Come on." He said softly getting out of his bunk.
"Alex where are you going?"
"I'm going to ask the driver to stop at Walmart."
"Why?"
"We need food, plus it'll be fun." I groaned and got out of my bunk and followed him to the front. "Hey man, long night?" Alex asked approaching our driver.
"No, it's pretty good for the first day of tour."
"I know it's late but do you know if there's a Walmart nearby?"
"I'm sure I saw a sign just a few back. Let me check my GPS." Alex turned back to me.
"It'll be fun." His so smiley when he can't sleep.
"There's one just a mile away." The driver informed.
"Awesome, thanks." Alex said softly patting him on the back and turned towards the couch.
"I'm going to get dressed." I mentioned.
"No, go like that."
"I'm in shorts and a tanktop."
"I'm in batman pajama pants."
"Fine. Can't I put makeup on and do my hair?"
"You look great." He said his smile radiating making me smile as well.
"Why is your smile so contagious?" I asked.
He shrugged, "I didn't know it was."
"I'm at least going to throw my hair up." I infromed going to the back and grabbing my purse. I pulled out a single black elastic band and I flipped my hair down and brushed my hair with my fingers into my other hand.
I wrapped the elastic around and finished my messy bun.
I put my purse back and grabbed my Hello Kitty red slippers out of my suitcase and slid them onto my feet.
I greeted the bunks again and resurfaced to the front where Alex was quietly watching TV. "What are you watching?" I asked sitting down next to him.
"The office."
"I love that show!" I said enthused we had a same interest.
I shifted my leg to fall perfectly over my knee and intensely watched the comedy.
"You really do love the office don't you?" He smiled with a small chuckle.
"Yeah, my favorite. I own all of the seasons."
"I guess I know what to buy you for your birthday."
"Let me guess, you looked that up too?"
"Yea." He said resting his elbow on the side of the couch and his chin in the palm of his hand. "I was curious if it was close."
"It sucks we have to play on it. I was hoping by some odd chance it was on an off day."
"Why you'll have hundreds singing happy birthday to you." I sighed knowing I couldn't exactly tell him why.
Of course my fans made me happy but the fact it was another year that I hadn't wasted of my life.
Of course this band isn't a waste, I'm so glad i've gotten to where I've gotten but there's so much more to life than playing shows all the time.
I'm 20 and I haven't had a boyfriend in years.
I just would like to spend my birthday in my bunk not having to talk to anyone, not having to thank anyone, just sit there but there's nothing I can do about it.
"I know." I simply said.
"What's wrong?" He asked noticing the smile fell from my lips.
I'm so obvious.
"We're here." The driver said stopping the bus.
"Nothing." I said grabbing his hand and jumping of the bus.
"What exactly are we buying?"
"Well buy food, come back to the bus, then probably get kicked out."
"Where even are we?" I asked.
"Uh, I have no idea."
The doors opened automatically in front of us and we ventured into the large store.
"What do you think we need?" I asked as we roamed the food isle.
"What do you eat?"
"Mac and cheese is a must."
"Alright, alright."
"Uh, here." He said handing me small bowls of the particular food.
"Uh, what kind of cereal." He said looking at the different boxes.
"Fruity pebbles." I said grabbing the multicolored box and putting in the the shopping cart.
"Uh, Rian likes this coco shit." He added throwing it in the cart also.
A half an hour later we finished shopping with a full cart.
We went to the only register that was open but since it was so early there was only one customer with a single item in front of us.
When the elder cleared we pushed the cart up and set our items on the moving surface.
The cashier sighed seeing how large our item count was.
I put a had a little sympathy on my face and turned to look at Alex, I then realized I was completely oblivious to him.
He was looking around the store, lost in his own thoughts, yet a smile still curled on his lips.
He was such a child, didn't have a care in the world.
Free from any worries; he was enjoying life.
I couldn't help but watch him, how he does it.
How he could be so 'care free', a characteristic of him that was driving me insane.
"That would be 133.68" The cashier said snapping us back to reality.
I looked down at my pocket, reaching my hand inside.
When I got the money out Alex had already grabbed the cart and was inches in front of me.
I looked at the cashier embarrassed, but quickly caught up with Alex.
"Hey, I had the money."
"So did I." He simply replied as the cold air flushed over both of us as we exited the store.
"Let me give it back to you."
"I don't want money. But you owe me." He smirked stopping and turning to me.
"I owe you?" I asked raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah." He said turning back around and continued pushing the cart towards the bus.
"Wo, wo, wait!"
"What?" He asked still walking.
"What do you mean I owe you?"
"I mean you owe me." He said stopping the cart as we had arrived at the bus door.
He turned to me and inched close.
"You owe me." He said with a low voice and a smirk on his lips.
He turned around and gathered groceries in his hand.
I stood there still confused.
"Wait Alex!" I shouted getting onto the bus.
"Shh." He hushed.
"Alex." I said quieter.
He didn't reply. He simply set the groceries down on the couch and hurried off the bus.
"God damnit." I mumbled to myself.
I got off the bus with no hope of getting Alex to explain right now.
I grabbed some bags and went back and forth until we had gotten them inside.
I stood by the cart facing the store waiting for Alex.
Suddenly I felt arms wrap around my waist.
"Alex!" I screamed as he picked me up.
He started laughing.
"Don't wake the others up!" He scolded placing me into the buggy.
