Do it for me (Book one)

"I know I'm sorry, I just, Alex and I have been talking I guess."
"I know. I just figure he's part of All Time Low, you're happy." I smiled and looked at him. "It is, they all are great guys but I'll never forget about you.
You're my best friend." I assured him.
"I wasn't worried about it." He shrugged.
"Yeah you were Derrek, I know you."
"Alright, maybe a little. But I know it wasn't your intention." I turned to him and threw my arms around his neck and he threw his around my waist, "I could never replace you." I kissed his nose in assurance and sat back down.
"Wow you too are close." Alex said walking by.
I rolled my eyes, I explained this to him already.
"I'm going to go finish my hair." I mentioned standing up.
I grabbed my curling iron and made my way to the back.
I did loose curls so it only took me around thirty minutes to do.
When I came out I was greeted by being picked up.
"What the hell?" I managed out while laughing.
I looked down noticing Jack's shoes.
"Jackkkk." I squealed as he started to spin me.
"What's going on?" Alex said coming towards us.
He looked up and started laughing.
"Alex help me!" I begged.
Finally jack stopped spinning.
"I'm dizzy." Jack complained.
"How do you think I feel? Can you put me down now?"
"Nope."
"Why?" I groaned causing Alex to laugh more.
"I like this view." Jack joked.
"I'm going to start kicking."
"Alright I'm putting you down, Alex help her." Alex grabbed my legs and they lowered me down.
Once my feet were on the ground I smacked Jack's arm.
"You fucker."
"Ohh.' Alex chimed.
I reluctantly smacked Alex's arm.
"You didn't help me. And I thought we were beginning a friendship."
"Ouch." Jack said looking towards Alex.
I heard the bus stop, "I think we're here."
I mentioned going to the back and looking in the window.
"I've gotta help set up, I'll see you guys later."
"Why are you leaving so early?"
"Paramore is playing at 11:10 I think."
"Oh, I'll see you at our set?" Alex hoped.
"Yeah, wouldn't miss it." I sent a reassuring smile and went to find Derrek.
"Derrek, Paramore's playing. Let's go." He quickly jumped up at the name.
No matter how much Paramore has changed over the years we still were hardcore fans. It was 10:30 so we hurried off the bus and through the gates.
We made our way side stage right before they went on.
I swayed and sang along to the music forgetting about everything else.
"Hey it's 12:00" Derrek mentioned during their last song.
"We should get our gear ready."
"Their almost finished." I begged.
"We were suppose to be there at 12, we're late already." I took the last look at the stage and shrugged turning to Derrek who was half off the stage already.
I didn't want to, but I followed him.
I have all summer to see them right?
We hurried to the stage and Blake and Jake was there already.
"Where the fuck were you guys?" Our tour manager Todd asked.
"Sorry, we were watching Paramore."
"Just tune your stuff." He said frustrated.
I walked over to the trailer and took my case out.
I took out my stack of picks and started strumming checking each string.
"Ten minutes." I took a deep breath preparing myself and continued checking the strings.
When they sounded good I rushed towards the rest of the guys and closed my eyes waiting for our call.
"You ready?" I heard Alex's voice.
I opened my eyes to see him walking around the corner.
"Yeah, I think." I sent a smile.
"The crowd's excited." He informed.
"I can hear them, makes me more nervous."
"How long have you been doing this?"
"Didn't find out on your search?"
He smiled and turned away, "you're never going to let that go."
"Nope."
"Yes, of course I found it on my search but I still wanted to ask you."
"Is there anything you don't know?"
"I'm sure I'll find out something new tonight."
"One minute." Kenny yelled.
"Maybe." I said before turning and going up the stairs.
He followed behind, "Stop putting everything on the internet." He defended himself.
"You didn't have to look. I was right here."
"Can you girls stop arguing?" Jack said also coming up the stairs.
"Gotta go, bye." I waved.
"Good luck." Alex wished as I stepped out.
"Salt Lake, how the fuck are we doing?" Derrek asked.
The crowd cheered.
"I couldn't hear them." I said looking at Derrek.
"I said, Salt Lake, How the fuck are we doing?" The crowd cheered louder. I smiled, this never gets old.
I slammed down on my guitar starting our first song.
I jumped and kept myself busy, I hope one day this anxiety will go away.
Towards the end of the song, Derrek threw his guitar at a tech and grabbed the mic coming over to me.
He sang straight to me.
When the song ended he started talking, "So guys, I just would like to point out Adrienne's belly button ring. It says, 'Fuck Me.'"
The crowd screamed causing him laughed.
"How unnecessary."
"I was just saying it to warn all those mother fuckers. You're mine."
"I thought this was an open relationship?"
"We'll talk about this later, start the song." He commanded jokingly and the band started up again.
Occasionally through the song he would come over to me and lift my chin like he was going to kiss me to excite the crowd.
Finally our set was over.
I threw a couple of my picks into the crowd and walked off stage.
"That's something I didn't know." Alex mentioned.
"What?"
"I'm a mother fucker being warned about an open relationship." He laughed.
"It's not actually-"
"I know, I know."
"What time do you play so I can go watch some other bands?"
"Three,"
"Alright. I'll be there." I waved and wandered off.
I didn't exactly know where I was going so I paid for a map and time sheet and looked for bands I reconized. Boys Like Girls is playing right now. I hear they're good.
