Four

Mir took Mina to her room so they both change and get ready for the day. I went upstairs inot our room to find Mina sitting on our bed with her toy wolf in her arms. She wore her white and pruple converse shirt, blue skinny jeans, and purple slip on converse. Mir wore her old Blink shirt, a black cardigan, dark grey skinny jeans, and her newest pair of osirises.
"So what's our game plan today," I asked as I sat behind Mina was she pet her wolf.
"I was planning on taking Mina to the park. I need some sun and Mina could use a could trip on the swings with me. Right Mina," Mina nodded in agreement.
"I'll tag along. I need to get out of the house a little more. I spend too much time cooped up in my music room," Mina started to smile as she stood up on the bed and planted a kiss on my nose.
"Well someone's happy that Daddy is coming with her to the park," both of us smiled at the joy on Mina's face. I was just a big kid and I connected with her. I know that Mir wanted Mina to have fun be all giggles and smiles with her, but Mina and I had a deeper connection due to the pack collective. It pained me to know that it hurt Mir to not hear Mina's voice like I could. I knew that Mina was close to talking now. She made more noises when I watched Home Alone with her on my lap.
We got to the park and I unloaded Mian from her car seat and she took off running for the swings.
"Go get her," Mir encouraged. I chased after her and I picked her up quickly, making Mina let out a shreiking giggle.
"Let's get you on the swings baby girl," I smiled and she nodded in agreement.

I pushed Mina for about twenty minutes while Mir sat on the big kid swing next to Mina's swing. I stopped Mina's swig and I helped her out and straightened her tee shirt and I looked into her innocent blue eyes.
"Go play on the play scape. I'm going to push Mommy on her swing for a little bit," Mina smiled and ran off to play with the other kids at the park.
"I always feel so left out Jack. I can't help it. I'm the Mom and your her best friend and her protector. How can I compete with that," Mir was on the verge of tears as I started pushig her.
"Mina loves you very much. She likes when you take her shopping for food and clothes and toys. She's said that she likes shopping mommy because it's her bonding time with you. I'm her playmate but your her shopping wingman. Once she starts talking, thing will get better," I reassured her the best I could.
"I can tell she likes my singing. I always ask her if she wants to hear Nani, Nani before bed and she smiles and nods. Maybe she's like me. Until I was eleven, I clung ot my dad with a iron vice grip because he gave my toys and played with me everyday after work," she said.

Mir went to bed early, leaving my and Mina up to play. Mina and I colored in her play room when she suddenly dropped her crayon and ran out of the room.
"Mina what's wrong," I gave chase and I found her climbing over the child gate at the top of the stairs.
"Mina what's the matter," I called quietly to avoid waking Mir. I found Mina climbing into the bed next to Mir. Mina was moving Mir's hair out of her face. Mina was comforting Mir out of her nightmare. When Mie woke up, the unthinkable happened.
"Mommy no be scawed," Mina spoke her first sentence to Mir. She talked! Cosmina finally talked to Mir.
"Mina," Mir was confused.
"Mommy no be scawed. I love Mommy," Mina wrapped her arms around Mir as she started to cry. I started to cry too. My little princess just spoke for the first time when her mommy was having a nightmare. I had to go downstairs to tell Alex and Lisa.
"Alex you won't believe it," I cheered when I found him with Lisa in their room relaxing.
"What's up Jack," he asked, confused.
"Mina just said her first sentence," I beamed with pride.
"That's my goddaughter," Alex cheered.

The next morning, Mir's mom was checking her out. That's when we found something bad was wrong with Mir.
"I don't know what's wrong with you darling. I can't help you," she had to be the bringer of bad news.
"Mommy sick," Mina asked confused.
"Mommy needs special help to stop the nightmares Mina. She has to go to Romania to see Grandmother Lupei," Elizabeta explained to Mina.
"We'll all go so we can get a family vacation and so Grandmother can meet Mina," Mir announced, "Alex and Lisa can watch the house and Bonnie while we're gone."

Notes

Family vacation to Lupei castle! Mina is talking. She hasn't started addressing Jack yet. Just Mir since Mina wants to talk to her more. I will be actually having Mir teach Mina a little Romanian soon.
