I'll Keep A Secret If You Keep Me Guessing

Alex's p.o.v.

Me and Jack got home from roaming through shops and buying crappy things. We also took a shitload of pictures, which I'll never understand, (or show my children, if I had any).

I was exhausted from carrying the heavy stuff, because apparently Jack is really weak.

We brought the stuff upstairs, and I dumped them at the door, slowly "falling" on the floor. I lay down, too tired to do anything. The stuff was heavy, and it was really hot outside, I have them reasons to be tired.

"Alex, get up." Jack rolled his eyes, putting the two bags he carried beside our bed. I groaned, pulling my arm over my forehead, trying to cool down.

"Seriously, up. We gotta put all these stuff away," Jack ordered me to get up, but I didn't move. "Alex." He sounded like a mother that was irritated by their child because it wouldn't do as it's told.

"No! I basically carried an elephant for miles in the boiling heat." I dragged out the word "miles" in a whining voice.

"Alex, you did not carry an elephant, you carried three bags filled with clothes and candy."

Okay, that was true, and funny. I laughed, knowing I was over exaggerating, so I got up. Brushing down my jeans, I went over to Jack to help out empty the bags full of crap that we bought.

"Yeah, okay, now I'm exhausted." I moaned, falling onto the bed. Fuck exercise.

"You're just lazy." Jack commented, placing a new pair of jeans into the draw, before shutting it and walking over to me, laying down next to me.

"Says the one who needs persuading to go outside. What's with that, by the way?" I was joking at the first sentence, but got serious on the question. I honestly don't think Jack is that lazy. I'm quite sure he love(d)s going outside.

"Oh, um," He looked at his fingers that were laying on his chest, before looking back at me. "I guess I'm just scared."

That one took me by surprise, because I thought it had something to do with not being in the mood to go out.

He was scared? What of? I mean, there's so many things he can be scared of. There's already so any things he is scared of, that he has told me. There's more?

"What of?" I asked calmly, shifting myself closer to him, because I knew by now that he gets scared of talking about things like these.

"I...I'm scared that they're gonna judge me. I'm scared that my dad might be out there. I'm scared that he's coming back." I could tell Jack was keeping the tears in. I felt like someone had pulled a knife through my stomach. This was painful to hear.

"Jack, he's never coming back. You don't have to worry about what all those people think, you've got me. And I think you're fucking perfect." I placed my hand on top of his, before slipping my fingers so they were intertwined with Jack's.

"You're right. I love you Alex, I love you so much." Jack instantly connected his lips with mine, making me warm inside. I kissed him back, rolling on top of him. Oh how I loved those three words come out his mouth.

We both pulled back, and I gave Jack a tight hug.

"I love you, too." I kissed Jack's hair, pulling back. He stared at me with bright eyes, a relaxed, yet troubled look on his face.

"Don't leave me, Alex." His eyes were glossy with tears forming in them. I smiled down at him, giving him a kiss on the nose.

"I'll never leave you, and I'll never let you leave me."

GUYS, THIS STORY IS COMING TO AN END TOO SOON, BUT I'VE ALREADY STUCK TO THE ENDING PLOT, SO YOU'LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT. >:D

THE NEXT COUPLE OF CHAPTERS AREN'T GOING TO BE NICE, JUST SAYING.
