Jack--

I woke up in someone's tight embrace. It was odd for a minute, but then I remembered that I was with Alex. A smile made its way onto my face, but then I remembered that we had school, so I got up and shook Alex awake.

I ran back home, got ready, grabbed my school stuff, and packed a duffel full of clothes. I was staying with Alex till my parents came round.

At lunch, we met up with Zack, Rian, and Cass. We all sat at our table, Alex and I next to each other, Rian and Cass next to each other across from us, and Zack to my right, sitting alone.

"So, we have something to say." Alex said past a mouthful of food. All eyes were trained on us as Alex swallowed.

"Well, spit it out." Zack said.

"We're dating." I said. Cass opened her mouth and then clamped her hands over it. I smiled at her reaction and grabbed Alex's hand. He rested his head on my shoulder and Cass awed.

"When did this happen? Rian asked.

"Yesterday before school." Alex said softly, leaning up to kiss my cheek, making me blush.

"Aww Jacky! You guys are too cute!" She squealed.

"Babe, calm down." Rian said. She pouted, but did as told.

"How'd your parents react?" Zack asked.

"They didn't really react.. my dad left for a couple hours, and my mom left the room after telling me that it was 'great'. I just wish my parents were as accepting as Alex's." I said with a sigh.

"If it counts.. I haven't told my dad yet. I don't know how he'll react, but.." Alex trailed off. I nodded and the bell rang, signaling third period. Alex and I stood up, and I pressed my lips to his, my eyes fluttering shut before he pulled away.

"See you." He said softly with a small smile before pecking my lips and walking off to his next class, leaving me standing there with a smile on my face. Yep. I could get used to this.
