Alex--

Once Home Alone ended, Jack took the empty bowl of popcorn back into the kitchen. I couldn't help but stare at his ass as he walked away from me. What can I say? He's hot!

"So Alex.." Jack said as he entered the living room once more.

"Jack.." I complied.

"You should.. call your mom and ask her if you can stay over." Jack said.

"I can do that.. or I can text her. I'm lazy." I said, and I grabbed my phone off the table in front of me. I sent her a quick text, glad that I didn't have therapy. She didn't reply, so I took that as a yes.

"She's fine with it." I said. Jack raised his eyebrows at me.

"You sure?"

"Yep. What's next?" I asked.

"Well, it's six.. and my parents aren't gonna be home til Sunday. What do you want to do?" Jack asked.

"Oh I know a fun game. Twenty one questions.." I said.

"You first." Jack said.

"What do you like to do for fun?"

"Play my guitar." Jack said.

"Really? I play too! Your turn."

"Not to make things all like.. depressing or anything.. but why do you have therapy?" Jack asked.

"I knew this would come sooner or later.. but I'll tell you. You deserve to know." I said.

"If you need anyone to talk to about anything.. I'm here.. don't worry." Jack said, and I nodded and took a deep breath.

"Few years ago.. I had a brother. His name was Tom. Well, Tom... he sorta.. killed himself.. and that.. oh man. I had an anxiety attack, Jack.. and so my mom sent me to therapy so it wouldn't happen again. I haven't had one since.. so I stopped going to therapy after Monday.. I haven't had it in four days.. and honestly, I think I'm fine.." I said, my gaze meeting his.

"I'm sorry to hear that, Lex.. honestly, I am. That's terrible." Jack said softly.

"It's alright..I told you I'd tell you.. so.." I said. Jack smiled softly.

"Next question, Lex. It's your turn."

"Do you have a crush on anyone?" I asked, and I could see Jack pale.

"Uhmm.. yeah.." He said quietly.

"Do you?" He asked.

"I do." I said with a smile.

"What's her name?" I asked.

"It's.. not a girl.." He said shyly.

"You're gay!?" I asked.

"I believe it's my turn.." Jack said with a grin. I blushed.

"But to answer your question.. yes. Are you?" He asked, suddenly becoming timid.

"I am. And I'm proud to admit that to you. I told my mom on Monday.." I trailed off.

"I haven't told my parents yet.." Jack said.

"Okay.. then what's his name?" I asked.

"Who do you think? Who have I been hanging around a lot with?" He asked. I thought for a minute, nothing coming to mind, except that it might be me. I looked at him, and met his gaze.

"M-Me?" I asked. Jack smiled warmly and nodded.

"Congratulations, Lex. Now you can't get rid of me." Jack said.

"Let me say that I like you too." I said quickly. Jack's eyes widened.

"R-Really?" He asked. I nodded.

"C-can I have a hug?" I asked, butterflies erupting in my stomach.

"Sure. Come here." Jack said with smile. I hesitated not one bit in throwing my arms around Jack's neck and squeezing him. He hugged me back just as tight, and I never wanted to let go.
