Do it for me

Before I could even open my locker,Jack was being pushed over to me and he fell against it,his face bright red.

I raised an eyebrow,laughing quietly."Yes,Jack?"

Jack frowned."Alex pushed me over here!"

He whined and Alex walked over,wrapping an arm around Jack."Yes,that's because he wanted to speak to you,Del."

I looked around the school and looked back at the two,slightly confused.It had been months after we became friends,and now we were all inseperable,really.

Alex grinned at me and I bit my lip."About what,Jack?"

I looked at Jack and he bit his lip.

"I uh..well, you know the winter dance?"

I nodded and looked at him,his face turning more red.

"Well,uh.." He chuckled and Alex patted his head,walking away.Jack smiled."I wanted to know if you'd be my date..Of course the guys are coming, but you can be my date and ...yeah." He looked down.He looked so nervous, I couldn't say no..I smiled at him.

"Of course,Jackaroo." I kissed his cheek in a friendly way."I want you to wear a blue bowtie,though.."

I grinned and he nodded."Course!"

I smiled at him and heard the bell ring,walking away.I wasn't sure if the date was like friends,or more..

I sat down at my desk and looked around,seeing Zack with his head down.I frowned a bit and poked him with my pencil while the teacher was paying no attention.

Zack groaned and sat up,looking at me."Yeah?"

He whispered and I frowned."What's wrong?"

Zack shrugged."Nothing." He sighed and put his head back down.

I was confused.Today, i've been asked out by Jack and ignored by Zack.I wasn't sure what was happening to me at the moment.

I walked out of my class and Rian and Alex wrapped their arms around my shoulder."So, you said yes to Jack.Which means you must buy a dress.Which means you'll go shopping with Caitlyn."

Alex grinned.

I still wondered who Caitlyn was exactly,how they met.

Alex smiled."She already said she'd pick you up from school,so have fun my beautiful flower!"

Rian chuckled at Alex as they walked away.

I walked outside of school and looked around,seeing someone beeping.It was Caitlyn.I smiled to myself and ran to her car,sitting in the passenger seat."Hey." I put my bookbag in the back as she giggled.

"You like Jack?" I bit my lip as she asked."He's just a friend i'm going to the dance with."

I smiled and she giggled more."Sure." She started driving and grinned."So, I know a cool dress place."

I smiled at her and nodded."OKay."

After about an hour of driving(yes an hour),Caitlyn finally parked in a small parking lot,getting out of the car with me."Trust me, the hour drive was worth it." She smiled and we walked in a small dress shop as she said hi to the cashier.

I bit my lip and looked around."I want a blue dress."

Caitlyn grinned and grabbed my hand,running to the blue dress section and grinned."Pick one!"

I smiled and nodded,starting to look through dresses."So uh..how long have you known the guys?"

Caitlyn smiled and shrugged."Well, I met Alex in eighth and then when he made friends with them,we all became friends."

I smiled at her and picked up a dress,looking at it carefully."And,what are you and Alex?"

Caitlyn smiled."Occasional sex buddies,I guess you can say." She winked and pulled a dress off the wall,looking at it for me.

I looked at her and stopped for a second."But uh..do you like him?"

Caitlyn shrugged."Yeah..A lot. But we hate relationships.We both know that." She smiled and we stayed silent,searching through more dresses.

I heard her squeal and pull out a blue dress,handing it to me.It was perfect.It was a dress that went to about your knees,and it had a silver belt and a little blue bow on the shoulder.

Caitlyn giggled and pushed me to a dressing room.I walked in and started to try it on.

I came out of the dressing room,walking towards a mirror and smiled,looking at myself."I want this one."

Caitlyn grinnned and hugged me."Jack'll love it.He really will,Delilah."

I smiled and fixed my hair as I heard the bell from the shop door opening.It was Zack.I put my head to the side and smiled."Hey there,what are you doing here?"

Zack smiled softly at me."Just looking for a suit for my date."

I smiled at him and bit my lip."Who are you going with?"

Zack grinned and stared at Caitlyn.

Caitlyn giggled."My sister!" I looked at Caitlyn,then Zack,then at myself in that dress.My heart kind of hurt.I now felt stupid in the dress and I didn't want to go.What was happening to me?
