Delilah~~

"I fucked up, Sam. He probably doesn't like me anymore!" I said as I paced the back room of the bus.

"Calm down. I'm sure he still does. You can't just assume something like that and think it's true." Sam said whilst placing a hand on my shoulder.

"There's also the possibility that he doesn't like me anymore! Haven't you ever felt this way?" I asked.

"Yes. I'm getting married in five months-"

"Don't rub it in." I groaned.

"I'm not. And everyday I ask myself how Andy still loves me, because I'm sure as hell not fucking special. I'm not the most gorgeous woman in the world, but come on Delilah. I'm sure Alex still likes you. Don't think like this, okay?" Sam asked.

"Fine. But what should I do?" I asked.

"Go talk to him. Don't procrastinate either, but do it when you feel comfortable." She said. I looked at her and brought her into a hug.

"This is why you're my best friend." I muttered. She squeezed me and then released me.

"Don't be afraid. Now go." She said, giving me a little push. I exited the room and made my way through the bus. Two days ago, I would've hidden from Alex, but I'm gonna confront him. Our argument was still fresh in my head and it wouldn't leave. It's been haunting me for two weeks, with no sign of going away until I talk to Alex. I stepped out of the bus and walked into the venue, hearing Alex's sweet voice echo throughout the building. I made it to the side stage and watched as Alex and Jack bounced around together. After the song ended, Danny ran out with Alex's acoustic as he sat down on the stool.

"I'm slowing it down.. not that you guys would mind." Alex said. The crowd cheered as he put the guitar on his lap and strummed a few notes.

"I don't have anyone to sing this next song with, so you guys will have to do it, sound good?" He asked. The crowd cheered in response.

"This song is called Remembering Sunday." He said. I felt a hand on my shoulder and I turned around to face Jack.

"I heard about your guys' argument. You okay?"

"Yeah. I'm fine.. kinda rude that he thought he didn't need any help on this song though." I said. Jack laughed.

"Y'know.. he's been moping around the bus, muttering your name and deciding whether or not he should text or call you. It's cute in an annoying way." Jack said.

"It's cute?" I asked.

"Jalex is real." He whispered in my ear before shoving a microphone in my hand. I looked at Alex and realized my part was coming up fast. I slowly started to walk out, making myself visible to the crowd. I held a finger up to my lips to hopefully make them stay quiet. Surprisingly, they did and Alex didn't notice. My part came and I took a deep breath before spilling out the first line, making Alex look up from his guitar and over at me. I sang the whole part and Alex didn't hesitate in finishing the song. He stood up and set the guitar down on the stool before walking over to me and wrapping his arms tightly around my waist. I threw my arms around his neck and hugged him back just as tight. He swayed us back and forth, and I nuzzled my head into his shoulder. The crowd was silent as we stood there.

"I missed you." Alex choked out. I only hugged him tighter before releasing him. I pushed myself back and looked him in the eyes. He had tears in his eyes and a sad look in his eyes. I studied his face for a minute before breaking out into a smile. I hesitated not one bit in pressing my lips firmly onto his, and he kissed back immediately. My eyes fluttered shut and my arms found their way back around Alex's neck as he pulled me closer, hands planted firmly on my hips. The crowd cheered wildly as we kissed.

"Give it up for Alex and Delilah!" Jack said into his microphone. The crowd cheered once more.

"Alex was too chicken to go talk to her. I'm sure she came here tonight to talk to him." Jack snickered. Alex pulled away from me and smiled down at me before pecking my lips one more time. He then ran over to Jack and jumped on his back all the while yelling out 'JALEX'. I laughed as I made my way offstage, connecting my gaze with Alex's. He smiled at me and continued to playfully beat up on Jack.
