I wish I could
Daytime thinking (Jack POV)
In the morning, I found Alex to still be asleep next to me. The poor boy really needed some sleep so I decided to let him sleep and not even take the risk of waking him up by trying to wiggle out of his hug. I lay there, the first sunrays already stroking my face. I had to think of the last time I had woken up in this bed; Alex gone, just a little piece of paper telling me he had left for a walk, leaving me clueless as to what was happening at the same time.
But now, he was here, right next to me, smelling like he should, sounding like he should and looking like he should. I took in every square centimetre of his face, enjoying his features. His caramel brown hair, having a sleepy, tousled look to it, framing his face. His forehead, covered by only a few wrinkles. The thick, long lashes around his big, currently closed eyes. I could imagine their colour but I would never be able to recall the exact mixture of brown shades. In the middle his nose, perfectly sized and positioned. His lips, slightly parted, only ever so slightly chapped in one place. I reached for some cream on the bedside table and dabbed a tiny bit of it onto his lips. He pouted just like when he was about to kiss me. The little stubble growing on his face, sometimes leaving red marks on my face when we kissed roughly.
I wanted to kiss him right now but I also wanted him to get some more sleep so I didn’t act on my desire. I would wait for him until the end of time, he mean the world to me. Two months with him had shown me that nobody else was able to fill the empty parts of my heart as well as he did. I couldn’t imagine a life without him. He was the person I wanted to grow old with. Maybe I could make it true. But not yet, it was too early.
I decided to work towards it though by making breakfast. Pancakes, maple syrup and a banana milkshake. I brought it to the bed and woke up Alex. Sleepy eyes looked at me as I bent down to kiss his cheek.
“Morning lil mushroom. Breakfast service!” I said. He woke up a bit more at the sight of pancakes but he refused to let me feed him so I had to give up and let him eat it himself.
“Thanks so much Jacky. I love you,” he pressed out between two bites and I couldn’t help but to kiss his sweet, syrupy lips.
“Love you too,” I whispered, grazing his ear with my teeth, making him shiver. I smiled, maybe this would lead to something…

aaahh I really don't know? I get so bad with sequels, I still haven't finished Chased by the Future and also I'm really into Homeless right now.
I guess I can maybe make one chapter as a sequel and post it in here if I find the time to do so if more people want me to do it? :)
