25 Signs

Six Feet Under The Stars

(Alex's POV)

Currently I was sitting next to Heather in Music Class.I was nervous because the talent competition was tomorrow and I was supposed to sing in front of the whole class today because I was chosen out of the class.I guess it was visibly noticeable because Heather put her soft hand in mine and locked her fingers with mine.I gave her a grin as she returned it.

"Alright class since tomorrow is the Talent Competition our chosen student to perform today will perform now.Alex could you please come to the stage." The teacher said.

I took a deep breath and squeezed Heather's hand before letting it go and walking up and on to the stage.I put my guitar strap over my shoulder and quietly plucked a few strings making sure it was tuned before sitting down on the stool and adjusting the microphone stand.

"The song is called Six Feet Under The Stars." I announced before playing.

"What does that mean?" Someone blurted out before I sang the first word.

"Six Feet Under The Stars is a place that doesn't exist. It's a place in your mind where everything and anything is possible. It's a place with no rules and limitations. It's a place where only two people can be at a time where no one can judge them and no one can try to break them apart." I said looking directly into Heather's icy blue eyes.

Tears formed on the rims of them as she grinned at me.

"Without further ado Mr Gaskarth continue please." The teacher said and with that I began singing.

(Heather's POV)

"Fall in the grave I've been digging myself but there's room for two six feet under the stars." Alex said purely.

My mind flashed back to last weekend.I was at Alex's house and I had just gotten out of the shower.Just before I entered his room I stopped because he was singing. Those words he sang today were the words I heard that day.

The room fell silent as Alex finished the song.Applause erupted the classroom causing Alex to smile from ear to ear.He thanked everyone before removing his guitar from his body and sitting down next to me again.

"That was amazing Alex." I whispered in his ear as the teacher began talking about things I didn't care about.

"Thanks I wrote it for someone really special." He chuckled as we returned our attention towards the teacher.

For the rest of the day, I couldn't help but wonder who he wrote that song about.

Yeah, I wrote on Mibba before but it's been a minute since I have. Also, being busy with college has put a damper on my inspiration.
But yeah, I know how the feedback thing feels, that's why I always try to leave it on stories I read. :) And thanks, I will let you know if I do! :)

I completely understand where you're coming from when you say you're nervous to put your writing out there. I was the same way when I first started :P My writing is so special to me I feel like when it doesn't get the feedback I want, I get very upset lol. If you ever do decide to post your writing, I'm happy to give it a read and feedback if you'd like. Just shoot me a message and link it to me when/if you do!

Hi there. I'm so happy you saw my comment. :) I'm sorry to hear that you're not really into the story anymore.
I wouldn't really know who to suggest to write for it. I don't feel it would personally be right if I tried writing for it either; while I did really enjoy it, it was your idea. I'm still trying to convince myself to try and start a story, a bit timid when it comes to sharing my writing lately.
But it means a lot that you offered that. But yeah, again, I don't really know who to suggest. But this story was awesome for what you had of it.
Thanks for getting in touch and giving me an update. So many authors I never hear from, so I never know if they see my comment and just don't respond, just don't get on anymore, or what. So it was sweet of you to let me know. And glad to hear you've improved as a writer, that's awesome.
If you ever do see yourself writing ATL fics again, I would be happy to read them. Just let me know. :)

Hello, I apologize for the lack of both updating and replying to your comment. (This is my new account I lost the login info for PLJ)

I would just like to say I think it's absolutely amazing that people are still viewing and commenting on writing I did when I was thirteen years old and it blows my mind to see how much I've improved as a writer in the short three years that it has been since I've posted my work on this site. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for finding this story and leaving your uplifting feedback. Unfortunately, I don't believe there will ever be an ending to this story. I haven't written all time low related fanfiction in over three years and I just don't write like I used to. I can't complete this fic without being in that creative headspace and I've seem to have just lost my desire to write ATL fanfiction.

HOWEVER...

If you (or anyone you know) who enjoys writing and would like to, I am willing to hand this story over to someone who can finish it and give it the glorious ending it deserves. Whoever takes it will be free to change anything they want and completely make it their own without and repercussions from me. I would however ask that I am credited for the idea and given a link to read it when it's finished. If you or any of your writer friends are interested please let me know! :)

So I stumbled across this... and just wanted to leave some feedback since I see it was never completed. I think you did a great job with what you have of it. I'm sad to see it was never finished, though.
If you ever choose to pick it up again someday, I will be here to read the rest of it. I think it has a very sweet plot line, and think it deserves an ending, if you can find the inspiration to write more to it. :)
