25 Signs

You Left When I Needed You The Most... Pt 2

(Alex's POV)

"Ms Adams, your mother has been killed in a fatal car accident." I heard the doctor say to Heather.

Both my mother and I froze.Heather dropped to the floor on her knees and her hands covered her face.

"Noooooooo" She shouted making everyone in the lobby look at us.

I rushed to her side and cradled her in my arms.

"L-let me see her." She begged.

I gently helped her up and the doctor led us back there while my mom waited in the lobby.

-

As we reached the room, Heather sobbed more than ever.I couldn't imagine being her right now.

"M-Mom?!" She choked as she ran out of my arms and to her mother's bedside.

The body wasn't yet covered.Heather clung to her mother's body and spoke her last words to her.

"Why did it have to be you? You were the best mother in the world and right now was the worst possible time for you to leave. Why did you have to leave me when I needed you most?" She asked barely above a whisper.

"We need to get the body out now." A nurse said to me.

I nodded sadly and walked behind Heather.

"come on H it's time to leave." I said putting my hand on her shoulder gently.

She didn't move.I did what I had to and picked her up.She kicked and punched me as I carried her down the hallway and away from her mother.

"Noooo Alex Let me go!" She screamed as I held her tightly.

"Heather she's gone there is nothing you could have done let her go." I whispered to her as she sobbed into my chest.

-

I layed on my bed with my arms wrapped around Heather. Her eyes were red and puffy from crying earlier that day and she held no emotion in her face. She was almost zombie like.

'I wish it would've been me." She said coldly out loud.

"Hey now don't say that." I replied as I gently moved a strand of hair from her face.

She repeated it once more.

"Please just talk to me if you feel out of control and if you wanna do it again." I begged her as I grazed my fingertips over her pale scared wrist.

When Heather was 13 she started harming herself to cope with her emotions.I found out not long after she started doing it.I could tell she wasn't truly happy like normal and that she was hurting.I helped her get out of it and get help. She talked to me one on one about everything she was feeling and soon enough she was out of the addiction.Of course the scars still remain.

"I wanna sleep forever and never wake up." She murmured curling into my side and closing her eyes.

I wrapped my arms around her tightly and held her against me never wanting to let go.

Notes

I am sorry if I made anyone uncomfortable or sad or pissed off but I told you guys I was stretching the story out to be longer and this was not originally planned but I thought of it and decided to work it into the story. There will be only a few (2-4) more chapters probably and then it will be over unless I add an epilogue or whatever.Comments are always welcome and I thank you for reading <3

Yeah, I wrote on Mibba before but it's been a minute since I have. Also, being busy with college has put a damper on my inspiration.
But yeah, I know how the feedback thing feels, that's why I always try to leave it on stories I read. :) And thanks, I will let you know if I do! :)

I completely understand where you're coming from when you say you're nervous to put your writing out there. I was the same way when I first started :P My writing is so special to me I feel like when it doesn't get the feedback I want, I get very upset lol. If you ever do decide to post your writing, I'm happy to give it a read and feedback if you'd like. Just shoot me a message and link it to me when/if you do!

Hi there. I'm so happy you saw my comment. :) I'm sorry to hear that you're not really into the story anymore.
I wouldn't really know who to suggest to write for it. I don't feel it would personally be right if I tried writing for it either; while I did really enjoy it, it was your idea. I'm still trying to convince myself to try and start a story, a bit timid when it comes to sharing my writing lately.
But it means a lot that you offered that. But yeah, again, I don't really know who to suggest. But this story was awesome for what you had of it.
Thanks for getting in touch and giving me an update. So many authors I never hear from, so I never know if they see my comment and just don't respond, just don't get on anymore, or what. So it was sweet of you to let me know. And glad to hear you've improved as a writer, that's awesome.
If you ever do see yourself writing ATL fics again, I would be happy to read them. Just let me know. :)

Hello, I apologize for the lack of both updating and replying to your comment. (This is my new account I lost the login info for PLJ)

I would just like to say I think it's absolutely amazing that people are still viewing and commenting on writing I did when I was thirteen years old and it blows my mind to see how much I've improved as a writer in the short three years that it has been since I've posted my work on this site. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for finding this story and leaving your uplifting feedback. Unfortunately, I don't believe there will ever be an ending to this story. I haven't written all time low related fanfiction in over three years and I just don't write like I used to. I can't complete this fic without being in that creative headspace and I've seem to have just lost my desire to write ATL fanfiction.

HOWEVER...

If you (or anyone you know) who enjoys writing and would like to, I am willing to hand this story over to someone who can finish it and give it the glorious ending it deserves. Whoever takes it will be free to change anything they want and completely make it their own without and repercussions from me. I would however ask that I am credited for the idea and given a link to read it when it's finished. If you or any of your writer friends are interested please let me know! :)

So I stumbled across this... and just wanted to leave some feedback since I see it was never completed. I think you did a great job with what you have of it. I'm sad to see it was never finished, though.
If you ever choose to pick it up again someday, I will be here to read the rest of it. I think it has a very sweet plot line, and think it deserves an ending, if you can find the inspiration to write more to it. :)
