Hey There, It's Good To See You Again
I was trudging around the campus, occasionally greeting people and trying to make new friends. Okay I'll admit I was looking for someone in particular. That one girl who had approached me earlier. I didn't know why, but I couldn't stop thinking about her. Just the way her hair flowed through the wind as she said those few words. Or the way her eyes seemed to shimmer as they looked at me. Shit, I need to stop thinking about her. She doesn't know me, I don't know her name, she might have a boyfriend for all I know. I was just about done walking through the campus when a certain short girl walked up to me. My heart skipped a beat.
"How was your roommate situation?" She asked shyly.
"Great," I replied "He seems pretty cool and we both play instruments. How was yours?"
"Awful. She's a total bitch who thinks she's better than I am. She had the nerve to cover my posters up with more posters of crappy artists."
"She didn't," I said, sounding horrified.
"She did! I shit you not."
"Well that sucks. By the way, can I get your name?" I asked awkwardly.
"Of course! It's Cindy. Cindy Smith," she said while blushing.
"Cool. I'm Alex Gaskarth," I responded. I could tell that I was beet red too. Shit, I hope she doesn't get creeped out.
"Well I'll talk to you later," she said, fixing her hair.
"Same here. See ya," I said while waving.
She waved back while walking away. Damn, she was perfect. The way she talked was so cute and shy. I could tell I was slowly falling in love with her. That was until I saw another person walking my way.
She was from my old school. I thought that I was the only one who came to Green Hills from my old school, but I was wrong. And damn, was she beautiful as well. She walked up to me.
"Oh my god, Alex. I did NOT expect to see you here," she stated sounding amazed.
"Neither did I! How's it going?" I asked.
"Great," she replied. I don't know what happened but we got to talking for a long long time. We both just had so many stories to tell. We were ready to go our seperate ways when she turned around and asked me.
"Will you go out with me?"
And I said yes.
