I'm Gonna Break Down These Walls

Kiss Me Again

I was extremely confused to say the least. I had kissed Cindy which had been the best experience of my life. However, JoAnn had dumped me because of it. The weirdest part was, I wasn't sad about the breakup.

My phone vibrated in my pocket and I picked it up. It was Cindy.
"Hey," I said.
"Hey, my roommate is out. Wanna come over?" She asked.
"Sure! I'll be right over. See you in a few," I answered
"Bye."

I made my way towards whatever nature themed hall she lived in. I walked up to the door and placed four sharp knocks on it. She opened the door and looked up at me with a smile. I went into the room and sat with her on her bed.

"So just a few days till thanksgiving," I said excitedly.
"Ugh," Cindy groaned with dissapointment.
"Do you not like thanksgiving?" I asked.
"I do, but I don't like the people I have to share it with. I guess you could say I don't give thanks to be with them." She said while uncontrollably laughing at her own joke. I laughed along with her.
"Well, maybe you could spend the short break at my place," I suggested
"Really?" She asked with excitement.
"Sure! I'm sure my folks would be fine with it, you could ask your family to see if they would be cool with not having you there." I suggested.
"They would be more cool with that." She replied bitterly.
"What's cooler than being cool?" I asked jokingly.
"Being ice cold," she replied with laughter.

That's it. She's the one. Anyone who can appreciate that kind of pun is my one and only. I decided to take matters into my own hands. I wanted to kiss her again. Really badly. I didn't know how to go about that. She did some of the work for me.
"I guess we've got to watch out on our way to geometry tomorrow." She said.
"Maybe," I replied with a smile.
"What's that supposed to mean," she blushed.
"Whatever you want it to mean," I replied.

I do not know how to think clearly. With that sentence I leaned in and kissed her again. This time more passionately. It felt so right. She was going right along with it. We just sat there. Comepletely still. Our heads shifting to encorporate each other's lips. All was perfect until the door opened. It was Angela, Cindy's roommate.
"Right. You two are totally not dating," she smirked and sat down at her desk, pulling out a textbook.
