Have faith in the unfaithful.

Its mine and Dan's 2 month anniversary today. Can you believe I've been with him for 2 months? Time just seems to fly by when I'm with him, and I love it. He makes me happy, he always knows the right thing to say, whenever Jay or Alex or anyone call me or come round saying that I shouldn't be with Dan, he sticks up for me, he listens, he compliments me. He just cares about me, and I love it. I can see this lasting for a very long time, and I'm more than happy about that. Ring ring I ran over to my phone and picked it up.
“Lauren Williams?” The person on the other end said.
“That's me, who's calling?” I asked.
“Ah, its Chris Shaw from Hopeless Records” He said.
“Oh okay, what's the problem?” I asked.
“Oh there's no problem. Your CD has sold 500 copies. That's big since you only released it a few months ago” He said.
“Wow, 500 copies? I didn't expect that” I said.
“Well we want you to go on tour soon, and don't worry, you'll be with another band” He said.
“Who?” I asked.
“We Are The In Crowd” He said.
“That sounds great! I can't wait!” I said.
“Great, you leave on November 2nd. That's 2 months from now” He said.
“Okay, I'll start preparing. Thank you for everything, I wont let you down” I replied.
“Okay, we'll set up a meeting between you and the band. Have a good day now” He said. I hung up and sat down on the stairs. I was finally going back on tour! You have no idea how exciting this is! And its with We Are The In Crowd! I started doing a little dance. Then I picked up my phone and called Dan.
“Hey Lauren, what's up?” He asked.
“I'M GOING ON TOUR!” I shouted.
“Well you sound excited! When?” He asked.
“November second, and I get to go with another band that I know you love” I said.
“Really? Who?” He asked.
“We Are The In Crowd!” I shouted.
“No way”
“Hell yeah”
“Right well, I gotta get back to work, I'll come over later and bring some champagne to celebrate” He said.
“See you later” I said and hung up. I can't wait to tell Pete at work tomorrow! I'm so excited about this!

A few hours later, Dan turned up with 2 bottles of champagne. I got the glasses out and we started drinking.
“Dan, I'm so excited!” I said about 2 hours and a bottle later. He turned and looked at me.
“I don't think you should go” He said.
“What? Why?” I asked, seriously confused.
“Because I don't want you being around that many guys” He said.
“Are you saying you don't trust me?” I asked, placing my glass on the coffee table.
“Not that I don't trust you, its just, anything could happen” He said and put his hand on my cheek
“Dan, this is my dream, I have to go” I said.
“No you don't have to go. You want to go. There's a difference.” He said.
“Why are you acting so weird? This is a chance for you to meet one of your favourite bands, you can come and visit and you'll get to watch me perform” I said. I was getting a little scared.
“No Lauren. I don't want you going” He said.
“Well it's not about what you want, is it?” I asked.
“Lauren, listen to me, you're not going” He said.
“Yes I am” I stood my ground. He was not stopping me.
“No you're NOT!” He shouted, slamming his fist into the wall behind me. My heart started pounding out of my chest. I was terrified. I just wanted to run to Jay's and for Alex to save me, but I knew it was too late for that, I made my choice and there's no going back. He suddenly moved his hand away and stood up.
“Lauren I'm sorry, I don't know what came over me, I just, I'm scared that something bad might happen to you” He said. I stood up and looked in his eyes.
“Its okay, Dan. I know you worry about me, but I'll be fine. I'll call you every night” I said. He smiled and kissed me. It soon heated up and lets just say, we didn't make it to the bedroom.

I woke up the next morning on the living room floor and looked around. Dan and I were led there completely naked. I tried to remember what happened then it all came flooding back. Dan not wanting me to go on tour, Dan hitting the wall, Dan making an excuse. But this proved my theory. Dan was a violent drunk, so to avoid that, we just stay away from the drink as much as possible. I got up and went into the kitchen. I grabbed my phone on the way and saw that I had 2 missed calls and 5 texts. I checked the texts first.
Alex: Lauren please don't stay with him. I walked past last night and heard shouting, please tell me he didn't hurt you.
Ugh, I wish Alex would just stay out of my life.
Jay: I know I don't want anything to do with you but Alex said he heard shouting, are you okay?
Jack: Lauren I still want to be your friend but no one will let me. Alex said he heard shouting, I'm worried sick and I just want to know if you're okay. I know you probably hate me but you'll always be my best friend.
I smiled at Jack's text, but I knew I couldn't be friends with him, the others would hate him for that.
Emma: Please tell me you're not hurt.
Max: We're worried about you, Lauren.
Although I really wanted to reply something nice to Jack and something sarcastic to Jay and Alex, I didn't. We had all made our decisions about each other 2 months back, and I was determined to stick to it. Like I said, this is my new start.

Look who's back! I'm sorry for the lack of updates but I'm very very busy recently, but I will try my best to update more often!
