Max tried to close the door as quickly as she could but Bri pushed the door in, causing Max to fall into the wall beside her. She gasped for air as all the oxygen left her lungs, and she coughed and tried to breath.
"Max?" Ed called and she could hear Tigerlily wake up and cry.
"Max?" Alex asked as well.
"SO YOU DON’T WANT TO GET MARRIED AND YOU DON’T WANT TO HAVE KIDS… BUT WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?" Bri screamed and gestured towards Tigerlily.
"Bri?" Alex asked, really shocked. Tigerlily’s cries got louder and she wrapped her arms around Alex. She was scared of Bri and her yelling. Ed checked in on Max and then he turned to Bri.
"Didn’t you say she was locked away?" he asked.
"She’s supposed to be" Alex said and stroked Tigerlily’s head, hushing her and swinging her back and forth a little. Max got up and walked past Bri and took Tigerlily. Tigerlily immediately wrapped her arms around Max neck and cried into her collarbones.
"Deal with her" Max whispered and walked away.
"Don’t you dare fucking walk away" Bri spat out, and Alex stood in a protective gesture before Max.
"Get the fuck away from here" he snapped and glared at her. Max walked out onto the backyard and closed the door behind her. Tigerlily calmed down when she didn’t have to hear Bri’s voice. It was chilly outside but Max was going to stay here, and she had a blanket in the corner. She sat down on the cold back porch and put Tigerlily in her knee, and wrapped the blanket around them.
"dada?" she asked and looked up in Max eyes.
"He’s inside, making the scary lady go away" Max said and stroked back some hair from Tigerlily’s face. She heard a loud crash from inside and Tigerlily teared up again, and soon began crying again. She was worried for Alex, just as Max.
"Dada will be okay, he’s got Ed you know" Max said and stroked her head again. Tigerlily curled up into a ball and tried to really hide behind the curtains of the blanket.
"It’s okay" Max said and smiled. Even if she was really scared herself.

About half an hour later, when Max started to freeze a little and Tigerlily had fallen asleep in her lap, Alex finally came out again. He was pale and he looked worried, but when he saw that his little daughter was sleeping he relaxed.
"Ed kicked her out" he said and crouched before them. Max smiled and removed the blanket a little and showed a perfectly fine baby.
"God, she scared me for a second" he whispered and stroked Tigerlily’s head. She woke up and looked at Alex, Alex smiled and picked her up and Max got up on her feet again.
"Hi love" Alex said and kissed her cheek.
"She was really scared for you" Max said.
"I’m fine Blossom, I’m just fine" Alex said and hugged her.

Ed came back and said that Bri got away, and that they probably should look for a better place to live. One with better security.
"Just imagine what she would do if we weren’t here" Ed said and looked at Alex. Alex went pale and tried not to think about it.
"Maybe a house with a very high fence, and a gate" Alex said and nodded.
"Maybe" Max said and nodded.

It didn’t take long before Jack heard about Bri being out, and he invited himself to stay at their place. With the reason that someone gotta protect the little princess.
"And I can’t?" Alex said.
"Well three is the magic number" Max said and laughed. Ed was staying as well so now the little princess had three knights protecting her.
"So what did Bri try to do anyway?" Jack asked.
"Honestly I have no idea… She just knocked Max over and stormed inside the house" Alex said.
"I thinks he was frustrated… I got what she wanted" Max said.
"You might have a point in that" Ed said.
"What if she comes again and try to take what you have then?" Jack asked. Alex and Max stared at him.
"Well we’re moving to a house with a gate" Max said and shrugged.
"And we have you and Ed here" Alex said.
"I’m so sleeping in her room" Jack said and shook his head.
"You’re not, you’re going to sleep in the room next to hers" Max said.
"Why can’t I sleep in her room?" Jack whined.
"Because you know she can’t sleep if you’re in the same room" Alex said.
"True, very true" Jack said with a grin and picked the little princess up.
