When Max got back home and place Tigerlily on her little carpet in the living room with toys, she went to the couch and picked up her phone. Should she call Alex and ask about it? No, she should call Jack about it.
"Alex is in the shower, if you’re wondering why he’s not answering" Jack chuckled.
"I wanted to talk to you" Max said and swallowed.
"What’s going on?" he said, and caught up on her nervous voice immediately.
"Are you alone?" she asked.
"Rian’s here, why?" he asked.
"Doesn’t matter I just… Do you know if Alex is still talking to his ex… Jenna?" she asked. Jack sounded a bit confused.
"Jenna? No, not that I know of. I don’t think that he does" Jack said and Max sighed. Which made it even more suspicious.
"fuck" Max said and sighed.
"What? Why would you ask that?" he asked.
"Because I met Jenna today at the park, and apparently they are talking every day" Max said and took a deep breath.
"It might not mean something, but yeah… it’s a bit weird" Jack said.
"What about Jenna?" Rian asked in the background.
"Did you know that Alex talks to Jenna everyday, and hasn’t mentioned it to Max… or us?" Jack asked.
"He does?" Rian asked, a bit surprised.
"Max met her today, and Jenna told her" Jack said.
"Who are you talking to?" Alex asked in the background.
"No mom, I don’t need to take care of myself" Jack sighed into the phone. Max smiled a little and shook his head.
"But seriously mom, I’m gonna try and figure it out and if the rash is getting worse I will tell you, okay?" he said.
"Okay honey" Max said and laughed a little, and she could hear Jack chuckle a little.
"See you" he said and hung up.

So Alex hadn’t told the guys either about Jenna. What was going on?

Of course she ran into Jenna again at the park again, and Tigerlily was just as happy this time to see her that she was yesterday.
"Hi Tigerlily" Jenna said and smiled at the little lit up face.
"Hi" Max said and forced a smile.
"She’s so cute" Jenna said.
"Talked to Alex today?" Max said and smiled, and placed Tigerlily on the ground, making her stand on her own feet while holding her hands.
"Yeah, we talked this morning before he had to take a shower" Jenna said and laughed.
"That man loves morning showers" Max said and laughed a little.
"Yeah" Jenna said.
"I couldn’t get a hold of him though, that was the reason I asked" Max smiled and looked at Jenna. Jenna looked at her and then she smiled."
"I have to go, so I’ll see you around" she said and walked away.
"And she walked away when I mentioned that" Max muttered.
When Max got home and turned on the tv she almost choked on her drink. Jenna was on the tv. She was singing. Apparently she was a singer, an her voice was amazing.

Max looked at the message. She sighed and picked up her phone.

Max walked over and snapped a picture of a smiling Tigerlily, and then she sent it over to Alex. She was still upset about all the Jenna thing but she didn’t want to alarm him. That she was upset and wondering. She wanted to give him a chance to explain himself. If he was going to. But she couldn’t wait and she decided to send a text message.
