I pack my bags and say goodbye to my wife

Left Alone

It was when Tigerlily was four month old that Alex had to go on tour again. A six weeks long tour in the states. Which made Max a little bit relieved. That meant that if Alex was close and had a few days off he could still come and see Tigerlily. Because Tigerlily was starting to get her little daddy crush on Alex. Already.

Max was holding her phone, filming and Tigerlily was sitting on the floor, she was looking at Alex who sat before her and smiled.
"Daddy have to go now" he said and she made some sounds, annoyed sounds. Alex laughed and pressed her cheeks together, causing her to sound even more angry. Max laughed as well and then Tigerlily giggled. Alex kissed her cheeks and was just about to kiss her on the lips when she smacked her hands over his cheeks and kissed him first. Max laughed and was glad she got it all on video.
"that is so going up on instagram later" she said.
"I love you too Blossom" Alex said and smiled, and then he got up on his feet. She protested and reached for him and he picked her up. He kissed Max and handed Tigerlily to her, and then he kissed Max one more time before going to the door.
"Love you" Max said.
"Love you too" Alex said before the door closed.

Max put Tigerlily in some warmer clothes before she put her in the stroller. Then she put on her purple jumper, a jacket and a scarf. It wasn’t that cold outside but it was still January and cold outside. Max put on her leopard vans and then took the walk she had longed for so long. While walking around she remembered that she had the video to post and once posted the comments started to flow in. Everybody thought she was the cutest baby ever and they all loved her. So far no negative about her. Which was relaxing for Max, because if they attacked her baby she would seriously hunt them down.
Max walked through the park and she really like the colors. It was a mixture of green, white and grey. The sky was blue yet grey at the same time as well, and there was a lot of old couples out walking. Hand in hand, and Max smiled. Maybe she could walk like that with Alex sometime. Just walk through a park and not care about anything else then each other. Yes, that would be perfect.

Sorry if this is weird but when we grow old, promise me that you would hold my hand and walk with me through the park.

She laughed and shook her head, and looked at Tigerlily. She was still sleeping. And she looked so relaxed and peaceful.
"I love you Blossom" Max said and smiled, and just like that the little creature moved and shot a small smile in her sleep. Max smiled even more and continued to walk through the park.

Max stopped and took a few pictures. It had been some time since she had taken pictures, so it felt good to take a few new ones. Even if it was with her phone and not camera. Ed called and she sighed.
"I’m in the middle of taking a picture when you called" she whined.
"Well I’m sorry for just checking in on you" Ed said. Max laughed.
"But seriously, what do you want?" she asked.
"Seriously, I was just checking in on you since Alex left" he said.
"Left alone" Max said.
"You okay?" he asked.
"Yeah, I’m out on a walk with Tigerlily. Getting her to sleep" she said.
"That’s good, but now to something different. I’m bringing over sushi tonight, does that sound okay?" he asked.
"Sounds terrific" Max said with a grin.

Tigerlily woke up and she made off some sounds that she wanted to come up, so Max walked over to the side of the stroller and picked her up.
"Hello beautiful" she said and smiled. Tigerlily giggled and looked into her eyes. It was like she studied them closely.
"Excuse me, but are you Maxine? Alex fiancé?" a girl asked and Max looked to her left. It was a woman with long brown hair, blue eyes and a gorgeous smile.
"Yes that would be me" Max asked and wondered who she could be.
"Hi, I don’t think we’ve met. I’m Jenna" she said.
"Jenna?" Max asked, a bit confused.
"Alex didn’t tell you about me? I’m his ex" she said.
"Oh, that Jenna" Max said and nodded.
"So it’s really true" she said and looked at Tigerlily.
"About what?" Max asked.
"Tigerlily, I know pretty much everything about her" Jenna said and smiled. Tigerlily seemed to like her but Max felt that it was odd.
"You do?" Max asked, a bit confused.
"Yeah, Alex told me all about her" she said and high fived Tigerlily. Max stared at her, still confused. Alex was talking to Jenna?
"You and him talk often?" Max said and smiled.
"Pretty much every day" Jenna said and laughed at Tigerlily’s funny faces. Alex had forgotten to mention that to Max, and Max swallowed nervously. If it wasn’t for Tigerlily liking Jenna she would have run away immediately.
