Frustrated

She woke up to the sound of the door being kicked in and she let out a small shriek.
"For fuck sake Jack, calm down… You’re going to scare her" Alex said. max was surprised they were home. She was expecting near the weekend, and not today. Jack came in to the living room and he stared at her. By now you could actually see that she was pregnant and he just stared at her.
"Why didn’t you guys tell me?" Jack asked and stared at her.
"Hi Jack" she said and yawned.
"You were sleeping?" Alex asked and walked over to her.
"Yeah, I’m getting more and more tired everyday" she said and laughed a little. Both Alex and Jack turned around when Ed came down in only his underwear. He looked stressed and then he saw that it was just them.
"For fuck sake, I thought someone was breaking in" he said.
"Why are you only in your underwear?" Jack asked.
"I was just about to take a shower" Ed sighed.
"Well go and take a shower then" Alex said and shook his head.
"Sorry for scaring you but… why didn’t you tell me?" Jack asked, a bit frustrated.
"Because we didn’t know if this little fella wanted to stay or not, not even Alex parents know yet" Max said.
"And with that I might call them and actually say something" Alex said and walked out from the living room.
"Wait… Matt got to know before Alex parents, before me… before anyone?" Jack asked.
"Pretty much, but that was only because Alex tried to cancel your asian tour" she said.
"What?" Rian asked and walked in through the front door.
"Is it a boy or a girl?" Jack asked and looked at Max stomach.
"Who knows" Max shrugged.
"What? You don’t know?" Jack gasped.
"You don’t get to know until like the seventh month" Alex said.
"Actually it’s just in a few weeks, you can determine the sex from week 18" Max said.
"What?" Alex said and looked surprised.

Alex was really, really nervous for his second ultrasound and he couldn’t really sit still.
"Relax a little, will you?" Max said and laughed.
"It’s the first time I really get to see the little fella, I can’t relax" he said.
"Oh, you must be Alex" the midwife said and entered.
"That would be me" Alex said and nodded.
"Congratulations on the pregnancy, Max told me you were a little bit… scared" she said.
"You told her?" Alex asked and looked at her.
"Only a little" Max said and smiled.
"Well why do’t we begin this" the midwife said and started to pour out the cold gel on Max stomach. Max shivered a little and Alex squeezed her hand.
"Do you want to know the sex today? Because if we’re lucky we might be able to see what it is" she said. Alex looked at Max, and Max looked thoughtful.
"I don’t care really" Max said.
"I would like to know" Alex said.
"Why?" Max asked.
"Because it would be easier for me to comprehend that I have a kid on the way, when I know a name, gender and… everything" he said.
"Then let’s get to know then" Max said and smiled. She started the ultrasound and they both looked at the screen. Alex looked both shocked and curious.
"Well it looks like it is a girl" the midwife said.
"A Lily then" Alex said.
"No, not a Lily" Max said.
"I thought you wanted a Lily" Alex said, a bit surprised.
"Yeah, but I know the perfect name" Max said.
"And what is that?" Alex asked and looked at her.
"Tigerlily, her name is going to be Tigerlily" she said with a smile.
