They were in the middle of eating when Jack asked the question that no one of them had even thought about.
"So how are you two guys going to live?" Jack asked. Max stopped in the middle of a big bite and Alex slowly swallowed what he had in his mouth. Both staring at him, and then at each other.
"I’m not leaving my house, I have a pool and a hot tub and a lot of cool things" Alex said.
"And you don’t think I have cool things or what?" Max asked, a bit offended. But he was right. She didn’t have a pool, nor a hot tub or anything that would be marked as cool. She only had a house, with one big bedroom, one big living room and a guest room. The kitchen was fairly big and she only had one bathroom. With a shower. Not even a bathtub.
"Could you afford things like that?" Alex said and looked a bit surprised. Max looked at him and then she shook her head.
"Of course not, I’m not a fucking musician like you" she muttered.
"What do you do for a living anyway?" Alex asked and looked at her. She looked back at him and then she blushed.
"Right now I’m working as a waitress, and I’m a hobby photographer… But I wish to be a full time photographer one day" she said and looked down on her food.
"What kind of pictures do you take then?" Alex asked, and got a bit interested.
"Are you like into music and concert, or anything else?" Jack asked, and looked interested as well.
"I mostly like nature and city photography, so about the concert part… I’ve never really done that" she shrugged.
"You could always take picture of us, if you are going to play Alex fiancé" Jack said with a grin.
"That is a good idea" Alex said and looked at Jack.
"Didn’t you guys hear what I just said? I’ve never taken concert pictures before" she said.
"If you come on tour with us you can do both, concert picture and nature picture while we travel the states and the world" Alex said. She stared at him and suddenly felt like she wanted to go immediately.
"When are we leaving?" she teased and smiled. He chuckled and shook his head.
"But I guess… Are you prepared to move to the states for a while?" he asked and looked at her, a bit curious and nervous.
"I get 50000 dollars, of course I can move to the states for a while" she said and looked at him.
"We are leaving London in a few days, so you should maybe pack a few things" Alex said and smiled.
"Does that mean I’m moving in with you?" she asked and narrowed her eyes.
"I have a guest room" Alex said and shrugged.
"Alex, you do know that Brianna sometimes spies on your house… She have to sleep in your bedroom" Jack said.
"Shit, I almost forgot about that" Alex sighed.
"Brianna… She scares me more and more" Max said and shook her head. Alex and Jack smiled and nodded.
"She’s really scary" Alex said.
"I guess you have to go and quit your job" Jack said.
"I guess I have to" Max said and sighed.
"And more more thing, bring forward your hands" Jack said and puled up his phone. Confused Max and Alex brought up their hands and Jack put them together and snapped a cute couple picture of their hands.
"I don’t have to show your face, but I will put this on instagram" Jack said.
"You are not" Alex gasped and stared at Jack.
"If we are doing this you two need to go out with this immediately, Alex had a secret girlfriend and are now engaged. Brianna will shit bricks since she have no idea who it is" Jack explained. Alex and Max stared at him and then they both nodded.
"Okay then, post the picture" Alex said.

My best buddy @awgaskarth finally proposed to his woman today, and the rings are really pretty!

Alex rose tattoo was in picture so no one couldn’t say that it wasn’t him.
"I guess the news are out, you are officially my fiancé now" Alex said with a grin. Max looked at him and she smiled.
"I always wanted to get married, but I never thought it would be like this" she confessed.
"Should we get back to your place and pack a little, I guess" Alex said.
"I just need to check and see if Bella is still at my place, because I don’t really want her to see you" Max said.
"Why not?" Alex said, a bit offended.
"Because it would break her heart if she knew that I was… engaged to you" she said.
"And it wouldn’t break her heart if she found of through social media and not directly from you because?" Jack asked.
"Good point… I guess it’s okay then" she said.

When they got to Max house Alex nodded impressed.
"I thought you would live in an apartment, to be honest" he said.
"It’s my mothers house, I inherited it from her" Max said.
"Are you sure you’re okay with moving then?" Alex asked.
"I don’t need to sell it, and let’s just call it our lovely London home" Max shrugged and walked up the porch. Alex looked at Jack and they both shrugged. It was a good idea.
"So this Bella is a fan of All Time Low?" Jack asked.
"She’s one of the biggest fans, and she freaked out when Alex here mentioned her name" Max said and just like that they heard a crash from the kitchen. Bella walked out with a really shocked face and stared at Max. Then at Alex and last at Jack.
"Why is Jack and… Alex in our house?" she asked.
"Our house, last I remember it was my house" Max said and got a bit surprised. Bella had never lived in this house. Never. She just stayed over a few times.
"I told you how much I love All Time Low and you don’t even have the decency to tell me you know them?" Bella said and glared at Max. max bit her lip and didn’t know what to say.
"I’m sorry Bella, it’s just that we asked her not to tell anyone. And she doesn’t know Jack that well, it’s just me. We’re old friends from ages ago" Alex said and defended Max.
"Old friends? Old friends?!” she snapped and glared even more.
"Yeah" Max said and felt a bit ashamed.
"You said you didn’t even like All Time Low" Bella whined.
"Because I don’t. I don’t like them because of Alex" Max said and gestured towards the boys. Bella just stared at her and then at her hand.
"You are the mystery girl… Alex fiancé… Oh my God" she said and just stared.
"Yeah about that, now that she’s my fiancé and all I kinda want her to move in with me" Alex said and smiled.
"You’re not helping" Max murmured when she saw Bella’s shocked face.
"Moving in with him? What?! You’re leaving England?" she asked and looked at Max. Max bit her lip and nodded slowly.
"Yeah" she said. Bella held up her hands in a "i give up" gestured and then she walked out from the house.
"We are no longer friends you backstabber" she yelled and slammed the door closed.
"She seemed nice" Jack said and looked at them. Alex and Max just stared back. Amazed by his comment.
"So what are we going to pack then?" Alex said and turned to Max.
"I think clothes and a few things will do" she said and looked around.
"Nice house" Alex said and walked in, and took a look around.
"It’s not the house I used to live in, but it’s nice" Max said and shrugged.
She walked upstairs and Jack and Alex followed her, and when she reached her bedroom Jack threw himself onto the bed.
"God, you have a nice bed" he said and hugged one of the pillows.
"Thank you, I guess" Max said with a laugh.
"So… Do you need help packing?" Alex asked and looked at her. She shook her head and brought out a suitcase. She packed a few clothes, some girl things and her two cameras, and of course her laptop. Because which photographer could go without their laptop?
