A Day With Ed

Now that Ed knew how Charlie worked he decided that it would be best if he was with her all the time. Of course she could go to the bathroom alone and when she was with Alex, if not walking through town, they would be alone as well. But other than that he would be with her and he would try to protect her from Charlie.

Max was getting dressed. A new tee and her skinny black jeans, and Ed would pick her up by ten and they would go to eat something before she was supposed to be at the agency to talk to Elijah.
"Max?" Ed called from downstairs and Max hurried down, and he smiled at her. She smiled as well and took her backpack.
"What do we have for lunch then?" she asked and put on her vans. Ed shrugged and said he could either go for Sushi or Subway.
"Sushi it is then" Max said, because she didn’t like Subway at all and she saw that Ed had a grin on his face.
"Why didn’t you just say sushi from the start?" she asked with a smile.
"Because I wanted to see if you wanted to have Subway for once" he winked and wrapped his arm around her shoulders.
"Never" she laughed and jumped inside the car.

Ed was ordering their food and she was checking her phone. The first thing she noticed was that a few fans had seen her with Ed and thought she was cheating on Alex. She sighed and shook her head.
"What are you sighing about?" Ed asked and placed a plate before her.
"Alex should really dump Max now that she’s after the tall tattooed man, the cheating whore" she read and Ed laughed.
"So you’re cheating on Alex with me? That’s fun" he said and shook his head. And with that two girls came up to them and looked at Max.
"If you really are going to cheat on Alex, can you please do it so we don’t have to see it. Or please just leave Alex" the blond girl said. Max and Ed looked at her and then at each other.
"Hi, I’m Ed" Ed said and held out his hand. They were taken by his charm immediately and both blushed.
"Hi" they said and stared at him.
"I’m Max bodyguard, I’m not her lover or the one she’s cheating on Alex on" he said and smiled even more. They stared at Max and Max nodded.
"Bodyguard? Why would you need one?" the girls asked.
"Because of people like you, who just come up to me and assume things and then because I happen to have a stalker who’s getting a bit… too much" she said and nodded. They stared at her and they apologized for thinking she was cheating.
"It’s okay" Max said and smiled at them.

Elijah walked in to his office and he looked at Ed with a frowned face.
"Did I miss something?" he asked and then looked at Max.
"This is Ed, my bodyguard" Max said and nodded.
"Bodyguard?" Elijah asked.
"Max here have a stalker, since a few months back and lately he’s gotten a bit more… on" Ed said and smiled.
"WEll I guess a bodyguard is good then, but enough about that and on to our next job for you" he said and nodded.
"What do you have for me this time?" Max asked.
"You have personally been asked to be the new face for a brand in New York" Elijah said.
"Personally asked for?" Max asked, a bit surprised."
"Her name is Denise Carver, she’s the owner and designer for the brand Stockholm Red" he said.
"Stockholm Red, as in THE Stockholm Red?" Max asked and just stared at him. He smiled and nodded.
"I see you’re familiar with the brand" he said.
"Of course I am… When I lived in London that was pretty much the only store I bought my clothes at. It’s like a mixture of H&M, Monki and… the Retro 80’s in a way I never thought would be possible in clothes" Max said.
"Well she liked your looks and wanted you to be their new face" he said.

Max pretty much danced out from the office and Ed laughed.
"I guess we’re going to New York for a few days then" he said.
"Yes we are, and God… I’m so excited" she said and danced around a little bit more.
"New York here we come" Ed said and laughed.
"STOCKHOLM RED HERE WE COME" Max yelled.
