We didn't stay in the water long. The sun was almost down and the water was just too cold. My teeth began to shatter and Jack's hands were turning a pale blue. The others had started a fire and were huddled round it. Alice was sat next to Zack who had his arm around her, there was definitely something going on there. Jack caught me smiling at them. "they make a cute couple don't they?" He smiled at me. "they sure do, its nice to see Alice so happy." We walked up the shore towards them hand in hand, the fire looked so warm. We reached our bags. Jack wrapped my towel around me and rubbed my back, trying to get me warm. I took of his shirt to return it to him, I realised he'd given me his only shirt. "Jack, what did you do that for? You're going to freeze!" I looked at him disapprovingly. He should of at least let me wear my own. He just smiled at me and shrugged, pulling my shirt back over my head. We joined the others and sat by the fire. I folded myself down in front of Jack, sitting inbetween his legs and leaning back on him. He wrapped his arms around my waist, resting his head on my shoulder. I looked over at Alice wrapped in Zack's huge arms and wiggled my eyebrows at her, giving her a wink. She looked at me as if to say 'you can talk!' I poked my tongue out at her, beaming. I was pretty smitten sat in Jack's arms, and she knew it. It was completely black now, the fire was providing our only light. Everyone had split into their own conversations. Alex and Rian were talking about the next tour date and Alice and Zack were talking quietly about something I couldnt make out. I leant on Jack's chest with my eyes closed, listening to hid heartbeat. He was drawing small circles on my stomach with his fingertips. "I'm going to fall asleep on you if you carry on doing that." His chest shook with gentle laughter. "its okay, you can sleep if you're tired" His breath tickled my ear and he planted a gentle kiss on my forehead. I was so tired, but there was no way I was wasting the little time we had sleeping. I looked up at him. "how about we go for a walk, that'll wake me up." He smiled at my randomness and stood up, pulling me up with him. I took his hand and walked towards the shore.
