"You're beautiful, you know that?" Alex said to me. Currently sitting on the roof watching the sunset. I hid my face further into the tops of my knees, sitting next to him. "Shut up, am not." I knew I wasn't and I didn't want him to lie to me. "Paige" He started picking up the bottom of my head making me look at him. "It's true, and I... I just wanted to tell you that I lov-"

I felt a body crush mine underneath theirs. I groaned and tried to roll over. "That was so not cool." I said not opening my eyes and giving up moving. "Come one, you've been asleep all day and I need someone to watch Home Alone and the Nightmare Before Christmas with." Jack said rolling off me and landing next to me in the bed. "Seriously? I've slept in an uncomfortable chair for 3-4 days and you steal away the only time I'll be allowed to sleep in a real bed?"

I asked opening my eyes to look at Jack staring at me. "Wait, You're coming back on tour with us?" He asked giving me a grin. "Yep." I said popping the p. The grin turned into a full fledged smile. "I'm excited now." He said and reached over pulling me closer into him. I closed my eyes back. "If you don't wanna get stuck in a nap fest with me I suggest you leave now." I felt him laugh a little.

"I'd definitely rather stay here with you." He said. I snuggled further into his side and smiled. I took in a deep breath of his smell. "Jacky, you always smell so nice." I said sounding tired still. "Thanks..." I knew it was a weird compliment but I did like how he smelled. His left arm was wrapped around my upper body with my head laid on his chest. I was so comfortable.

Despite all the cuddling on tour I'm really not that big into physical contact but when you've known them since birth or trust them it's kind of hard to say no. "Eventually we'll will have to get up though... we leave to start tour again today." I groaned and pushed myself from him. standing up. I stretched and headed over towards the bathroom pulling out the tooth brush I always leave here. I stood there brushing my teeth casually looking at myself. I turned my head side to side.

I sighed seeing the tops of my thighs. I rolled my eyes and leaned over the sink spitting out tooth paste. I went to pull back up but stopped when I felt two hands on my hips. I tilted my head looking in the mirror up at Jack. "Nice underwear." He said as I turned around. "Thanks, I couldn't very well sleep naked so I improvised." I said smiling. He watched my lips move and I knew what he wanted but we couldn't do this, I mean not again, I mean I like it but ya know.

"Jack, I-" "Wait, I got you something cause I feel really bad about not coming back with you when we were at the beach." My eyes grew wide. "That was not your fault." I said as he took my hands in his own. "I know, I know but I can't help but feel like if I would have gone back with you maybe it would have been different." He looked at our fingers intertwined with furrowed eyebrows. "Well, here." He said reaching into his pocket and pulled out a small jewelry box.

I took it from his hands opening it slowly. "Shit, Jack. This is gorgeous," I looked up at his smiling face. "I can't take this." I said but then looked back down at the small gold four leaf clover on the gold chain sitting in the box. "Yes you can, and you will cause I," I looked back up at his face as a small brush grew across his cheeks. He reached back with his hand rubbing his neck. "I saw it and it made me think of you..." He said. The smile that spread across my face was pure joy.

"I love it, Jacky." I said as his smile got wider. He took the box and pulled it out making me turn around so he could clip it. Lifting my hair he spoke. "I saw it and it made me think of when the bad was first starting out and how you loved Break Out! Break Out! so much and how your favorite line was 'This four leaf clover's all but useless now' and that it only makes sense with what you've told me about your life," I turned around and stared at his eyes. "I wanted to give you something lucky so you could have faith in it again."

I pushed myself into him wrapping my arms around his neck. I nuzzled into his neck as tears pricked their way to the surface. "That's quite possibly the sweetest thing anyone has ever said to me. Most just give up on me." I said being honest. "I'll never give up on you, I promise. Nor will I ever leave you alone as long as we did ever again." I gripped tighter as he could now hear my sniffling. He ran his right hand up and down my back. "Hey, it's alright. Calm down, I didn't mean to make you cry." Pulling away I wiped my tears and smiled at him.

"These are happy tears, don't worry Jacky." Leaning up I kissed his cheek and bit my lip as I passed him leaving the bathroom. I walked back into Alex's room and grabbed my jeans. Not bothering to put them on I headed down Alex's steps towards where I left my suit case last night. "Hey look, You're up-Oh my God! Go put on pants right now!" Matt yelled. I shot him a look and sat on the ground pulling my suit case to match me. "Shut it. I'm getting clothes."

Then foot steps were heard coming down the hallway. "Guys, that's my sister." Matt whined. Laughing I pulled out more clothes. "Well, your sister is about to change so leave the area other wise you're bound to see a boob." I warned with a laugh. "Not here! Not in the hallway!" Matt said. "Yes, yes here!" Zack said. All the guys standing there laughed except for Matt who smacked Zack's chest. "Out, go! Walk away!" Matt said pushing them towards the living room.

I pulled off my sweater and pulled on new bra and underwear along with some shorts and a t-shirt, admittedly I stole this shirt from Chris but who could blame me it was awesome, fake boobs. I slipped on some socks and shoes and stood up. I shoved my clothes in my suit case and closed it. I stood it back up along with myself and headed down the hall to the living room. "Are we gonna leave soon cause I really wanna get back down south for some Waffle House." Heading over to the couch plopping down I made myself comfortable on Rian's lap.

Just as Zack opened his mouth Jack came through the door way and looked over at me. "Nice shirt, I'm gonna need to borrow that." He said taking a spot on the love seat next to Matt. "Ok." I said back. "We're gonna leave in about 20 minutes we were just waiting on you to wake up and get dressed." Matt said. I nodded and slid off Rian's lap and onto the sofa in between him and Zack. "So where's Lex?" I asked looking around.

"He's probably in the kitchen doing something." Zack said keeping his eye on the Tv." I got up and left the room. I headed towards the kitchen and stepped in seeing Alex washing dishes. I wrapped my arms around his waist pushing my chest to his back. He jumped a little but relaxed once he realized. He turned the water off. "You scared me." He said. "Yeah it happens when you're a pussy." I said letting go. He turned around and grabbed a towel and once his hands were dry he threw it at me.

"Shut up." He said laughing. I tossed the towel on the counter. "Where'd you get that necklace is it new?" He asked stepping closer to put it into his hands. "Yeah, actually. Jacky got it for me and said something really sweet with it." I said as Alex stepped back. "So you excited about tour...again?" He asked. "Yeah, It was only three days and I missed you goofballs." I laughed but he didn't, I brushed it off and followed him out of the kitchen. "Alright, I'm ready." Alex said as everyone stood up.

"I already took your bag out, Paige." Jack said heading over towards me from behind Zack as we headed to Alex's front door. "Thanks Jacky." I said holding out my crooked arm for him to take. He did take it and we left the house and walked down the drive towards the bus. We all got on and headed to the back lounge picking up various gaming controllers and attempting to play while the bus drove off to our next destination. I mostly watched cause I was no good at games of any sort especially video games. But as usual someone would try to talk me into trying and I would fail.

I sat on the couch with my knees to my chest watching Jack and Alex play COD. I enjoyed watching but Rian and Zack sat there on their phones but I was mesmerized. Until my train of thought was broken by Jack's voice. "Paige, yoohoo... Earth to the blonde one." He said waving his hand. "Yeah, whatcha need?" I asked looking down at him as the game was paused. "Come down and play." He suggested. "No,no, no. I tried to play another one earlier remember?" I said as Zack and Rian laughed.

"Tried, being key word." Zack said not looking up from his phone. I leaned over and punched his arm."Shut it, Merrick." "No, but you can play this one, it's easy." He said again. "I don't even know how to play, Jack." I said holding out my hands for emphasis. "Come down," He patted the spot in between his legs. "And I'll show you." He said. I sat there staring at him. "Please?" He asked sticking out his bottom lip. "Fine, Ok." I said and got to the floor crawling over to where he told me to. I sat in between his legs and he wrapped his arms around my waist still holding the controller.

He began explaining which button and toggle did what and I started to get confused. "Wait so what does that do?" I asked pushing a button. A shot rang out and you heard this weird grunt noise. "Damn it, Paige. You killed me." Alex said. I giggled. "Sorry, Lex." "Here you try." Jack said handing me the controller. I took it and soon enough I was on a roll. Jack kept his hands wrapped around my waist pulling me closer to his body, which I didn't necessarily mind. "Ha! Gotcha again!" I yelled to Alex. He groaned tossing the controller.

"Damn you killed him, Paige." Rian said, now he and Zack had both been watching. "Yeah, you're really good." Zack added. I leaned back and looked at Jack. "Had a good teacher." He smiled and stared back at me. "What are you doing?" Matt asked walking into the back lounge. "Watching your sister kill Gaskarth over here in Call of Duty." Rian said pointing to Alex. Alex stood up and went past Matt, angrily, to the front of the bus. "No, I was talking about them." Matt said pointing to me.

"Oh good lord, I can't do anything with out you checking up on me can I?" I asked standing up heading over to him. I got close and poked his chest. "And frankly I'm tired of it, it's all bull shit, I'm old enough to handle myself and it's not like we were doing anything but just sitting there." I said to him. He didn't say anything so I rolled my eye and huffed leaving the room and heading towards the front. Alex was sprawled out across the couch with a pillow over his face. I laid down on the same couch chest down setting myself in between his legs.

He moved the pillow as I crossed my arms, placing them on Alex's stomach, while I placed my head atop my arms. "What's on your mind, bestie?" I asked as he looked at me. His right hand went down to my arm and rubbed circles with his thumb. "Nothing,, just dumb stuff you don't need to know." He said not making eye contact. "Well I'm here if you wanna talk or need a snuggle buddy." I smiled at him. "He laughed and hooked his hands around my arms pulling me up to him and turning us so we faced each other while on our sides.

"Thanks, and I'll take you up on one of those offers. I'm tired, sleep with me?" He asked staring at me. "Of course." I said and kissed the end of his nose. He smiled and pulled me closer nuzzling into my neck. I laughed as his stubble tickled my skin. He leaned a little and placed a small kiss on my neck, I shivered a little and smiled leaning down and placing a kiss atop his head. We fell asleep shortly after that.
