Chapter 22
*Zack's POV*
I had her. She was in my arms. This felt like a dream, I wanted to kiss her so bad. I guess it's a good thing she pulled away to sit on the couch or I may have kissed her. It's not like i didn't want to kiss her it's just that I just got her back I don't want to ruin anything.
"So, how did you find us?"
Alex was the first to break the silence
"I was at the pierce guy’s bus and decided to find you guys. I was going to stay away but I have been, as you may be able to smell, drinking, and I decided it was now or never."
"Wait," Jack confusedly said, "why were you at the pierce guys bus?"
"When I got to mike at the meet and greet he invited me backstage but I was nervous about seeing you guys again so I refused and walked away but then he ran after me and invited me after the show and I accepted, and well now I'm here."
We talked some more and made plans to hang out tomorrow since it is an off day. I looked at the time and decided to go to bed.
"Uh, guys it's four in the morning, I think I'm going to hit the sheets."
"Yeah me too." Rian agreed
"Hey guys?" Jack said
"Yeah?" We all questioned
"Where is Lizzy going to sleep?"
"Shit I didn't think about that when I invited her to stay." Alex admitted
"I can just sleep on the couch; it's not a big deal." She sounded unsure
"We kind of have our stuff sitting in the extra bunk but I don't think any of us want you to sleep on the couch," Jack said, "that wouldn't be right."
"Do you want to bunk with one of us?" I asked
"Sure," she looked relieved, "so who's it gonna be?"
"Zack" they all said at once
"Alright looks like I'm bunking with you best friend." She smiled, I missed that smile.
*Elizabeth's POV*
The boys all offered me to bunk with Zack. Honestly I was relieved. I loved the other guys but I wasn't as close to them and me and Zack used to fall asleep cuddling all the time when we were younger.
"Zack?"
"Yeah?"
"Do you have some clothes I can borrow?"
"Actually yes that's part of what's in the extra bunks. Alex has some glamour kills stuff back there let me show you."
He showed me to the clothes and they were actually kind of cute, well the ones I picked out were. I found some sweat pants and a long sleeve shirt, luckily they covered up any cuts and scars I didn't want showing.
"Hey beautiful, ready for bed?"
After three years I can't believe he was still calling me that ridiculous nickname.
*Zack's POV*
"Hey beautiful, ready for bed?"
"Fuck Zack," I thought to myself, "you just got her back, don't ruin it."
"Yep" she smiled
We hopped into the bunk but we didn't fall asleep, not right away anyway. She asked me about past relationships and how the guys were, if I was taking care of myself and I asked her also about the same things except how she was doing. She looked like she was going to cry when I asked her if she had been taking care of herself but I didn't say anything about it. Surprisingly she still hadn't had a relationship, I haven't had a serious relationship since she left but she hasn't had one at all, ever. After Lizzy left I had a hard time coping, at first I slept with every girl I could, I actually thought I got one pregnant one time but it was just a scare. After the whole pregnancy scare I stopped fooling around and focused more on the music and working out. I was eating, sleeping, showering, playing music or working out. That's all my life was, till tonight, when I found Lizzy. I still have to talk to the guys but I'm pretty sure we all want her to come on the rest of the tour with us and then maybe we can get her to move back to Baltimore with us. I must have zoned out because now she's snuggling into my chest and snoring quietly.
"I love you" I whispered into her hair, "goodnight"
