Prologue: Let the Flames Begin
Silver’s POV
I always knew I had something different about me, behind the girly garbage I am a rocker. I bet you honestly think the limelight of the Walker fortune is all I care about, well I don’t, faking is something you tend to learn before the age of four in this industry. I’m fifteen now and you can say I have years of lies behind me and I can swear to you the Walker’s are using me to get the fame, I know who I’m not and I can already see I’m not one of those perfect, posh, movie stars that they present me to be. Silver Walker? Who is she? Not me that’s for sure, but the people say I am so the rest comes easy. Mark and Tosh, you two will go down and I’ll find who I really am.
Liars and lies live in Los Angeles, California. I’m just one of them, I have a secret and I’ll show my innocence right in front of the TCL Chinese Theater, I’ll show them all that I’m not a Walker at next week’s press interview for my blockbuster movie, The Open Air.
I’ll show everyone the girl behind the dress is really the girl with the knee high converse and a talent other than acting, I know I’m not Silver Walker and I’ll purposely screw up all their plans for getting them the fame. Do you honestly think that I get the money I make? Oh it all goes into “Mommy” and “Daddy’s” bank account, a quarter goes to me. Call me a money whore but really, even the thousands I make can’t add up to the falseness I live.
Mark and Tosh are overly strict on what I “like” and what I like, get what I mean? I “like” Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus and all those overused pop-stars, but I like real music like A Day to Remember, Green Day and All Time Low, and guitarist Jack Barakat and I have a strangely similar appearance. Same hair, nose, humor and just basically everything, unlike Mark and Tosh I have black hair, big nose and height. They are short people, I stand just a bit smaller than Mark, he’s 5’11 and I’m 5’8, Tosh standing at 5’5.
Maybe it’s just me, but I will stand my ground knowing I’m not a Walker. I will let the lies go away at that press conference. Let the flames begin Hollywood bitches, because Silver Walker stands for no one, just her music and herself.
