Find a Place for Me Again

After a long wait, Warped Tour was finally over and Alex and I were finally home. Alex carried our bags upstairs and I went into the guest bedroom I had stayed in before tour and began to empty the drawers of their contents so I could move back into mine and Alex's room.
"Kenzie, what are you doing in here," Alex asked as he took a seat on the bed.
"You don't remember anything from before the tour do you," I asked him.
"It's vague. I know you were depressed because I didn't remember loving you," he replied.
"I stayed in here after I brought you home from the hospital after the car accident. I slept in here to give you space to heal," I told him, "I'm just getting my things out of here so I can move back into our room."
"I'll help you then. I'll take your stuff out and over to our room and you can put everything away," Alex kissed my cheek before I went to our room to sort through my luggage and my things from the guest room.
I woke up with a start and ran to the bathroom to throw up. I hated my morning sickness so much. My little baby better be worth all of this sickness. I want to start my day without bending over the toilet.
"You alright, Kenz," Alex asked as he yawned and ruffled his bed hair.
"No. I hate this morning sickness," I groaned as I flushed the toilet.
"I bet when you hit 12 weeks you won't have it anymore, babe," Alex helped me up and I brushed my teeth.
"I hope so. I know that it's possible to have morning sickness all through the pregnancy," I told him after I spat out my toothpaste.
"So do think we'll have a girl or a boy," Alex asked as I walked with him downstairs to cook us breakfast.
"I hope a boy, that way when we have a girl he can help you protect her from the mean boys," I told him as I pulled out a pan to cook up breakfast.
"Miss Flyzik," the practice aide called for me. I took hold of Alex's hand and walked back for my first appointment of my pregnancy.
The aide took my temperature and my blood pressure before she left Alex and I alone in the exam room while we waited to meet with the doctor. I was kind of interested in what he might have planned for me to make sure I have a perfect and healthy pregnancy.
"Hello Mackenzie, it says here that you are here because you are pregnant," the doctor said as he came in.
"Yep, I'm here to get started on my prenatal care and to see if I need to watch out for any complication along the way," I replied.
"Well let's get started then, shall we," the doctor began my exam.
Alex and I came home with my prenatal vitamins and some reading. I had a clean bill of health and I just had to avoid my food allergies, drinking, and maintain a good diet so I can gain the weight I need to during my pregnancy. I was getting more and more excited each hour that I was going to have a baby.

So I just read what you have of this, and I'm sad to see it was never finished. :(
It's a bit rushed at some parts, but I really like the concept of it. It surprised me that you had him gain his memory back kind of quickly; I thought for sure the twist was going to be he was going to lose it again or something. I found it a bit odd how that was kind of the plot for the first half, and then this second part kind of diverted from it. But I really like what you have of it, it's really sweet. :)
If you ever choose to finish it, I will be here to read. Although I think a final chapter wrap-up would totally work for this, if you're struggling for inspiration. Just a final update to conclude it.
