Alex POV
A few weeks later it was the holidays. No school for six week. It was the holiday everyone looked forward to. Jack came round and stopped the first night. When I got up in the morning though I had to run to the bathroom. I started being sick. Jack must have heard me because he came into the bathroom. “Jack can you get me a glass of water?” I asked before another round of throwing up started. He ran out of the bathroom and down the stairs. Soon enough he was back upstairs with a glass of water. “Thanks” I managed before I started throwing up again.
“Aww, baby is there anything I can do. I don’t like seeing you ill” Before I could answer I stated throwing up again. It eventually stopped and I felt better.
“Let’s go downstairs I feel better now” I and Jack took things steady. I wasn’t sick for the rest of the day. My mum came home and started cooking dinner. I and Jack ran upstairs.
“Do you know what was up with you this morning?”
“I dunno, I was just sick and it couldn’t have been the food or you and my mum would have been sick”
“Maybe it was just a bug you caught”
“Yea I guess but it is strange that I wasn’t sick last night and I was only sick for like 20 minutes this morning”
“Yea it is, but we won’t let it bother us. You are fine now”
“Yea I guess what you wanna do tonight” I asked
“Snuggle with you and watch a movie” He replied
“Can I choose the film?”
“Yep” I walked over to where I kept all my DVDs and put one into my DVD player. I felt tired. I soon fell asleep cuddled in Jacks arms. I awoke suddenly in the morning and had to run to the bathroom again. I started being sick. I didn’t want Jack to hear but he was already in the bathroom next to me rubbing my back trying to make me feel better. He ran downstairs and got me a glass of water. It was the same as yesterday the sickness was only in the morning. It kept happening after week of it I told my mum she made me a doctor’s appointment for a weeks’ time. When it was time for the doctor’s appointment I was still being sick.
“Alex do you want me to come to the doctors”
“No thank you. You have to work. I will take Jack”
