An Accident
Alex POV
We walked home strangely my mum was home when we got back. “Hello dears, how was school?”
“It was okay” I replied
“Did you have any problems with Mark?”
“Yes sadly. We just ignored him though. He didn’t like it. He told us he has got something else planned to get rid of us since his previous plan didn’t work”
“That’s a shame don’t worry he will get caught one day. Hopefully before he does anything else to you three”
“Yes we hope so to” Jack stayed for tea. I could tell Jack was worried about what Mark was going to do. We all stopped in the same room that night. We were all terrified about what Mark was going to do. We knew he wouldn’t care who he hurt along the way. Tom didn’t have a nightmare last night. Mum woke us up in the morning and we got ready. “Well done Tom you didn’t have a nightmare last night. I am so proud of you” I told him giving him a hug and a kiss.
“Eww, Alex I know you are gay. And I know it doesn’t bother me but please do not kiss me again. One you have been kissing Jack and I don’t want his germs. Two I have no idea what you have been doing with your mouth. I know what gay people het up to.” He joked.
“MMM” Jack said “ Smells like your mum has got something good cooking for breakfast” We raced downstairs to find mum cooking eggs, bacon , sausages and fried bread for breakfast.
“Right you lot now you have had breakfast you need to get to go to school” she told us handing us our school bags. We walked to school to find Mark, James and Sam was waiting for us at the gates. They immediately started throwing insults at us. We walked past them and just ignored them. We knew they were only trying to wind us up. We wouldn’t let them succeed. I and Jack had maths we had to climb two flights of stairs. We saw Mark at the top of them. We walked into our maths lesson. After maths we were coming to the top of the stairs. We felt someone push us. I stayed at the top while I felt Jack slip out of my hands, and then I saw him falling down the stairs. I looked behind us to see who had pushed us. I saw it was Mark. I ran to the bottom of the stairs.
“Jack, Jack” I yelled “Are you okay? Jack speaks to me” Rian and Zack were soon at my side Rian was ringing 999.
“Ambulance, Brookside high, male 16 years, fallen down two flights of stairs.” That was when I saw Tom.
“What’s happened Alex? Why is Jack at the bottom of the stairs?” Tom asked.
“Someone pushed him” That’s when the ambulance arrived.
