Now they are doing something about Tom

Finally they were doing something about Tom. I mean Tom being shipped off to boarding school wasn’t my favourite outcome but he did destroy my room and most of my cloths. I rang Jack “Hey came his reply “What’s up?” He asked
“Tom destroyed my room and most of my cloths.” I heard Jack gasp
“Oh baby do you want to come to my house “
“Yeah” I snivelled to him it was one of the only places that I felt safe it’s funny how a 15 year old can’t feel safe in his own house because his brother is a huge homophobe who hates him and his friends. I packed my overnight bag with the little cloths I had left me which were old and horrible .I grabbed my keys” Bye mum Bye dad I am staying at Jacks house for a few nights”
“Okay see you later honey” my mum called back. I still hadn’t shown Tom any evidence that I was “gay” yet the only person that knew I was gay was Jack. I know Jack would never tell Tom until I was ready. I could trust him. He was my best friend. I knew I could confide in him I used to be like that with Tom then this whole gay thing started. I was hoping at some point Tom would come to his senses and see that I and Jack were normal human beings. No different from him. I still hadn’t told my parents yet that I was gay. They didn’t know anything about me. No one in this family knew anything about me anymore. The only reason I hadn’t told my parents was in case Tom found out also. I still love Tay as well I just love Jack more I think.
