Dear Sister, Here's Some Advice - Comments, page 4

Exactly. An anxiety attack can be a tight chest for days just as often as it can be hyperventilating and crying.
For someone who doesn't have anxiety, you're doing crazy good at showing the little day to day panics too.
@Kurrsteee;
Many people often overexaggerate the whole anxiety aspect in stories (if it's incorporated)... I think. Personally, I don't have anxiety, but I do write Ireland's feelings from my own feelings/experiences with some other stuff around it. I feel like it makes it more authentic. I do have friends who have anxiety, and they definitely do not have full blown anxiety attacks all the time.
@Newyork_xo
How do you suggest they do that? They don't have control of what the label/management wants them to do.
@Newyork_xo
I'd definitely do the same. She did do it for a short period of time earlier on. I can also understand that she doesn't want to just get her accounts back and then delete them again soon after.
I perceive whatever happened to her this chapter as a panic attack that was hindered by her medication. Hence the whole confusion. She used to get these strange seizures that also were sort of stopped by her medication whenever she forgot a dosage or just switched medication. However, I can confirm or deny that she's not getting sick again. Maybe she's getting a cold? ;)
@Kurrsteee;
We've only had Ireland properly hyperventilating and crying once in this part, right? Like, there is one in the prequel, but that isn't anxiety-based, it's more her being shocked. If I recall correctly, there is only one point, when she and Jack make up again and she goes to him instead of hide in the living room again. I might be mistaken, though... There's the almost hyperventilating and crying one with her mom at the cafe. Maybe you remember better.
It's the subtle things that can really affect somebody's life. I'm writing a few chapters ahead, and it doesn't just simply end here. Nothing too dramatic though... or so I'm making you believe ;)
