3rd person POV seems fine to me. I think you should wait quite a long time because I mean Jack was raped. But you can do some light kissing and stuff first.

At least someone fucking beat up Jeremy. I wouldn't mind third person POV it's definitely easier to write in and I think you definitely need to wait awhile for the smut considering Jack was just raped he's going to not be wanting to do sexual activities for a while.
