Like it sucks when she does, but it's inevitable. Life doesn't hand you miracles left and right and say oh just kidding, you can beat cancer now. Like. Idk if I'm explaining this right, but she's gonna die and we all just have to accept it. It's what makes this story unique. There will be a happy ending. Just not one where she lives.

I don't know how im just seeing your comment but I love your input. Life doesn't always have happy endings even though thats what everyone on here has been wanting from this story.
I think it would be a good ending if she did die. Like a funeral... and then time to move on. Be happy she no longer hurts. Alex doesn't mourn too much. He feels at ease... you know?
Please let Alex save her or something. She just can't die. Damn it now Im all emotionally invested in this story.
Please make Alex her miracle to kill her cancer and save her life, or at least prolong it as much as possible. They are too cute together and when Madison dies it will shatter him.
Zack you beautiful man. The worst thing is that Sleeping With Sirens acoustic version of If I'm James Dean You're Audrey Hepburn came on and I wanted to cry.
