We all feel pain differently depending on our pain tolerance, Rhythm just doesn't take it so well. Plus after the anxiety attack she was still recovering from it, I know from experience. My friend can smack my back hard when we're playing around but when I got my ears pierced it was the worst feeling for me so I put a tiny bit of Lidocaine on my ears to numb them a bit before I got them done two summers ago, plus I squezed the shit out of my friends' hand

idk she had her tongue pierced tho so why was she freaking out about the ears like idk sorry

I would maybe have Rhythm play matchmaker with Alex to hook Danny and Evan up and maybe get Jack and Alex to make them double date or something.

Alex had a sister, as shown in the earlier chapters, he had always treated her child like too. Its just due to the fact that he is only doing what he knows. Also because of Rhythm never never had a childhood, her mom died and that's when the abuse started, so Alex is only trying to give her back a possible childhood instead, even if that means babying her or treating her like a young child a bit. If you know what I mean, but other ways thanks for reading.

Like not just not just "cool" try "sounds good to me". Add a little banter too between jack and alex there is a lot of funny witty stuff you could do with their dialog.
