Jack’s POV
“Thank fuck I’m not in that fucking car with that little brat anymore. Was about ready to bash his bloody head in.” A beta wolf called Zach said as we walked back to the house which was the wolf dorm.
“I know how you feel on that one.” I said as I made myself a drink since we have literally been up for the last 2 weeks tracking this Moroi and we was all really tired.
“Can’t believe Oscar was the one to snap though. Out of all of us I was expecting it to be Charlie.” Zach said as he sat next to me on the sofa.
“To be honest I think we was already ready to kill him. Oscar was the unfortunate one to snap and get told off by William.” I said and yawned loudly.
“I need sleep.” I said as I went to get up but my body was just too tired to move.
“You crashing down here?” Zach yawned loudly which made me yawn as I nodded and made myself comfy on the sofa and fell asleep not really caring if Zach used me as a pillow or not.

“So What was it like to be allowed to track that Moroi down?” A Omega called James said as we walked too lessons which there was only a handful of us since it’s been a while since a litter has been born. Think the litter I was from was the last litter this small pack had.
“It was bloody tiring. 2 weeks of tracking the bugger and it was only by chance that we even found him when we did.” I said and James looked at me.
“And he has to be the most annoying Moroi I have ever met as well. The whole 24 hours traveling with him he never shut up. I mean how can someone talk non stop for 24 hours and not get tired. Think we was all about ready to kill him by the time we got back here.” I said and James chuckled as we walked into class where there was a load of Omegas and a handful of Betas and then I was the only Alpha.
I was sat with everyone as we ate our lunch since I was really hungry but that was normal for wolves to happily eat everything in front of them and then have seconds or maybe even thirds.
“Why are they so stuck up their own assholes?” A beta called Maggie said as she joined us at the table.
“It’s only the royals which are stuck up their own assholes.” James said with a mouthful of food.
“Well that one what Jack and the others was looking for isn’t that stuck up his own asshole.” Maggie said and I look at her.
“He is fucking annoying 24 hours none stop talking.” I said as I had a mouthful of food and someone touched me which made me growl loudly.
Everyone knew not to get in between a alpha and their food.
“Damn someone is really touchy today.” Someone chuckled and I looked at saw it was the packs Alpha, William.
“He’s been moaning about that Moroi all day.” Maggie said really sucking up to William even though William already had his true mate, Luna and Maggie wouldn’t dream on sucking up to me since I was gay.
“Has he now. Well I think Jack is allowed to complain about it, would you guys mind if I steal Jack.” William said since he didn’t really like it when the Beta’s and especially the Omegas was left alone without either me or him around.
“We’ll be fine Alpha.” A shy Omega wolf called Sally said and William smiled at all of them and then he looked at me.
I sighed loudly and looked at my food and just ignored the fact I was still really hungry and I got up and followed William.
“How you coping after our trip?” William said as we sat on the grass which was by the wolf dorm and just enjoying the sun.
“I’m still feel really tired and his annoying voice is still very loud and clear in my head.” I said and William chuckled.
“He made be annoying but he is still a prince and he is the last of his bloodline.” William said and I looked at him.
“Please don’t tell me we’re protecting him? That’s what the guardians are for is too keep an eye on the brat.” I said and William looked at me.
“The head doesn’t trust the guardians with him since they was the ones who lost him in the first place and then they couldn’t find him. Don’t call him a brat Jack, he really isn’t like the others in this place and you also don’t know what he has been through in the last couple of years.” William said and I looked down because he did have a point.
“You and the prince are the same age.” William said and I looked at him.
“I’m not looking after him. I have my end of year exams to focus on and I don’t need him to be distracting me.” I said and William just kept on looking at me.
“What?” I asked and William just chuckled.
“You need to lighten up Jacky boy. How will your pack learn to trust you when your so up tight all the time? I’ve heard that the prince really likes partying and normally him and his dorm mates have parties on the go most of the time. You get friendly with him and he’ll show you a bloody good night.” William said.
“I’m fine exactly how I am thanks William.” I said as I stood up and William did the same and he looked at me.
“Just give it a go Jack, you never know something could out of it.” William said.
“He’s a royal Moroi and I’m just your normal wolf. Who in the right mind would put them together. Anyway he isn’t my type so there’s no need to even try to put us together.” I said and I walked off towards the dorms so I could get some work done which I never got to do.

“Why are the Moroi so gorgeous?” Maggie said as she sat with me, James and Sally since we was all pretty much the same age.
It was true, the Moroi are very beautiful with their really pale skin, their slim, tall bodies which made them taller and slimmer than humans but they aren’t as muscular as the guardians or as the wolf’s.
“You have an Alpha and a Omega sat here.” James said.
“No offense James but you are literally as low as you can get in the pack.” I said and James just stuck his middle finger up at me.
“Can’t exactly go for Jack since he’s a gay as anyone in this pack. So the only eye candy around here is the Moroi.” Maggie said.
“Could alway go for that Prince Jack was looking after.” Maggie said and I just looked at her.
“Please you a worse temper than Oscar, I was actually surprised he put up with the Prince for as long as he before he snapped.” I said and rolled onto my back since we was in Maggie’s and Sally’s room watching films.
“Even so, he’s still good looking.” Maggie said and I looked at Sally who was still really shy after joining this pack a month ago and she was still trying to find her place within the pack.
Someone knocked on the door which made me look and I saw it was Luna so I relaxed a little.
“Will said it’s time for bed for you guys.” Luna said as she was pretty much like our mother while we was in the academy even though she was still young herself.
“But it’s like 10, I’m not even tired.” Maggie challenged and I glared at her and she looked down in submission knowing she had spoken out of term.
“It’s actually 1 in the morning and you guys have class in the morning.” Luna said back and Maggie didn’t say anything.
“I need to go anyway.” I said as I know William wanted me to walk round the school with him to make sure everything was okay.
“Can James stay here?” Sally asked and we all looked at her as she hardly spoke to anyone.
“Yeah he can stay, but he’s pretty useless when it comes to protecting someone.” I said and James glared at me but soon stopped when I looked at him.
Everyone made themselves comfy and I checked on last time before Maggie turned the light out and all three of them was sharing the bed watching a film and I walked out to find Luna waiting and we walked to where William was.

Me and William was walking around and most of the school was quiet part from one dorm room which had loud music playing loudly and you could hear whoever was having a party from half way across the school grounds.
“Going to have to spoil their fun, more hate on us for that.” William said as we got to the dorm.
“I’m leaving that one for you too do.” I said and William chuckled as we wondered to the dorm and just walked in since they haven’t locked the door yet because of their party these Moroi’s party was still in full swing.
“Gentlemen, hate to spoil your fun but it’s time for you guys to be in bed.” William said loudly and clearly over the music as he walked over and turned the music down which made everyone groan loudly.
“Come on, it’s just a bit of harmless fun.” One drunk person said.
“Your harmless fun is giving me a headache.” I said since I still wasn’t used to dealing with anyone outside of the pack or who wasn’t a wolf.
“You just need to lighten up sunshine. Stop being so up tight up your asshole.” A familiar voice said and I looked and saw the prince drinking from a bottle of vodka.
I just growled and William looked at me and I backed down a little bit but it wasn’t much due to me being a alpha.
The prince stagger over and pushed the vodka bottle into my chest.
“Have some, you’ll feel better.” The prince said and I pushed it back into his chest.
“No thanks.” I said and the prince looked at me.
“Pussy.” The prince said as he drank some more and staggered off and went back over to the music and turned it back on again.
“Gentlemen, the party isn’t over until the last man standing passes out.” The prince said as he ‘danced’ to the music.
I looked at William who just nodded at me and I walked over to the Prince and took the vodka bottle off him and threw it somewhere across the room which made it smash and the prince just looked at me.
“You need to get to bed.” I growled and the prince scoffed.
“How about no.” The prince challenged.
“Jack, leave it. He’s on the verge of passing out anyway. It’s not worth arguing with him.” William said as he rested his hand on my shoulder.
“Bye bye.” The prince said sarcastically with a little sarcastic wave.
I just growled and William just pushed me out the room.
“That music gets turned back on then there will be trouble.” William said seriously.
“Don’t worry, you both ruined the mood.” The prince said as he turned round and walked up some stairs and me and William just watched him and once he was up the stairs we walked out the room turning the lights out and we walked back to the wolf dorms.
I didn’t even bother talking to William or any of the others and I went straight to my room and just flopped onto my bed and I looked for something to watch while I fell asleep but I couldn’t even find anything to watch before sleep took over my body.
