Jack’s POV

I was working when I heard the door open and shut and I looked round and saw Alex and his dad walking over.
“Hey Jack.” Alex’s dad said and I smiled at him and looked at Alex who was carrying Jayden.
“Hey, what you guys doing here?” I asked confused.
“Thought Jayden could come and check out the studio out and watch grandpa actually do some work.” Alex said and I frowned at him.
“I had some stuff I needed to do at the studio so I thought I would take little man with me and meet some famous people.” Alex said and Jayden began to babble which made Alex chuckle.
“My shift has nearly finished here so I’ll make you guys a coffee and I’ll bring it over for you.” I Said and Alex smiled.
“Want me to roll you a cigarette?” Alex asked and I smiled at him.
“You would be a life saver.” I said and Alex chuckled and I handed him my baccy and other stuff he needed and I put the on the counter as Alex passed Jayden over to his dad and he picked the stuff up.
“Go sit down and I’ll bring it over for you.” I said and Alex and his dad went to sit down as I made them their drinks.

“So because I know you two so well, I’ve made you both your favorite coffee and even threw some food on the side since I’m guessing neither of you two have eaten anything yet.” I said as I put the tray down away from Jayden but Alex’s Dad was putting him in his buggy which Jayden wasn’t happy about.
“Your not meant to be killing the kid.” Alex said to his dad as I sat next to Alex as I had finished work and the other person has now taken over.
“He can scream as much as he want but he has to learn his isn’t always getting his own way all the time.” Alex’s Dad said.
“Such a nasty grandpa.” Alex said as he handed me a cigarette which I took.
“You okay with him while I keep Jack company outside.” Alex said and his dad nodded.
“Yeah but don’t be too long as there is still loads to do.” Alex’s Dad said as we stood up and I put my hoodie on and we went outside.
“How has today been for you then?” Alex asked as he handed me his lighter after he lite his cigarette.
“Seriously boring, how about you?” I asked as Alex wrapped his arms round me inside my hoodie.
“Had to work on some things but with Jay around was a lot harder than what I thought.” Alex said as he rested his head on my shoulder and I wrapped a arm round him and ran my hand up and down his back and we stood like this while we smoked our cigarettes.
“Did you get any sleep last night with Jayden?” I asked since Jayden was up all night last night screaming his head off and I think Alex was actually ready to kill him at some point of the night because I knew I was.
“Nope, got no sleep and the the little shit just laughed in my face.” Alex said as he stood back a little and looked at Alex who had bags under his eyes and he did look really tired and I kissed his forehead.
“I’ve got the little bugger tonight, you need some sleep.” I said and Alex smiled and he kissed me which I returned.
“Let’s go back inside.” I said quietly and Alex nodded and he caught hold of my hand and we walked back inside.
“It’s asleep.” Alex said bluntly and looked at his dad.
“Yeah, he managed to scream himself to sleep.” Alex Dad said.
“Too bad the little shit didn’t do that last night wasn’t it.” Alex said sarcastically as he had some of his coffee.
“Was going to suggest I have him this afternoon and you can take the afternoon off and catch up on some sleep and spend some time with Jack but if you don’t want to then I don’t mind.” Alex’s Dad said.
“Please take him, I’m literally dead right now and not with the lack of sex.” Alex said and I slapped his leg.
“Heavy on the details Lex.” Alex’s Dad chuckled and Alex shrugged his shoulders and finished his coffee.
“If he is any trouble then let me know and I’ll come and pick him up.” Alex said and his dad smiled.
“I can cope with the baby for the afternoon. Go and rest and just relax for the afternoon. I’ll be back around 6 tonight anyway and I’ll bring food with me.” Alex’s Dad said and with that Alex got up and I followed his lead and Alex checked on Jayden and he smiled to himself when he saw that Jayden was sound asleep and he caught hold of my hand and we walked home.

When we got home there was music playing loudly and all we heard was Luna singing to herself in the kitchen and we headed towards the kitchen where Luna was miles away singing some song while she was making herself something to eat.
“The fuck are you doing home?” Alex asked which made Luna jump and turn round and look at us.
“I kinda got excluded from school.” Luna said and Alex rolled his eyes.
“Where’s Dad? The school has been trying to get hold of him.” Luna said and she stuffed some food in her mouth and I went over and looked in the fridge and found some food for me and Alex.
“He’s at the studio with the baby. So the school couldn’t get hold of him.” Alex said and he walked off which made Luna look at me.
“He’s tired and grumpy. The darling baby kept us up all night although I did manage to fall asleep a lot sooner than Alex.” I said.
“Poor Lex, should of covered that dick up if he didn’t want a baby.” Luna said.
I just ignored her comment and went upstairs and went to Alex’s room.
Alex was in the middle of taking his top off and I walked over and wrapped my arms round Alex which made him jump.

“You okay baby?” I asked quietly.
“Just exhausted. Need some time off from the baby.” Alex said quietly.
“Have a nice nap and a bath and hopefully that will chill you out a little.” I said and Alex turned round and traced his finger over my Jack Skellington tattoo I had on my chest which you could just about see under my work shirt.
“Do you want to have a talk? Because I’m here if you want a talk.” I said and Alex smiled and nodded.
“A talk sounds nice.” Alex said quietly as he sat on the bed and I sat in front of him and had my legs either side of him.
“What do you want to talk about?” I asked softly and Alex looked at me.
“I can’t cope Jack.” Alex whispered.
“What, with the baby?” I asked and Alex nodded and sniffed as he looked down and a tear roll of the end of his nose.
“Baby you are coping well, what do you mean you can’t cope.” I said.
“The responsibility, like I can’t do anything without worrying about the baby. I feel like I can’t do anything right.” Alex sniffed.
“Alex you are doing amazing job of being a dad. You know I would of stepped in if I thought you weren’t doing a good enough job, but you are. Despite being thrown in the deep end you are keeping your head above water” I said and Alex looked at me.
“I feel like I’m failing him though Jack. I can’t give him what he needs. And and what happens if he isn’t my baby. What if he’s Zack’s child? What if I’m raising somebody else’s baby.” Alex said and I pulled him into my chest and held him close to me.
“Your not failing him Lex.” I whispered in his ear.
Alex pulled back and looked at me as he sniffed.
“I wish Mum was here.” Alex said quietly as he looked at me with those sad brown eyes that have always been around since he lost his mum.
“I know you do, but you’ve got me and your dad and sister to help you with Jayden. But we can only help you if you ask for help. You don’t have to be ashamed about asking for help.” I said and I rested my hand on his cheek and Alex moved his head into my hand and kissed my palm.
“I love you.” I said and Alex smiled and he moved and kissed me.
“I love you too.” Alex whispered against my lips and I moved so Alex was under me.
“Luna is downstairs.” Alex said and I chuckled as I kissed Alex’s neck and left a hickie on his neck as well.
“She won’t hear nothing if you keep your mouth shut.” I said as Alex sat up and I took his top off and Alex undone the buttons on my shirt and pushed it off my shoulders.
“But I might have to gag you if you don’t keep it down.” I said and Alex smirked at me as he rolled us over so I was now under him and he was on top.
“Maybe I’ll be loud just so you can gag me.” Alex said as he pinned my hands up above my head but it didn’t last long until I flipped us over and I was on top of Alex and I focused on working on getting his jeans off.

I looked over and saw Alex was still passed out next to me on his front and I quietly got out of bed and pulled some pants and sweats on and I gently kissed the side of Alex’s head which made him sigh loudly but he didn’t wake up so I went downstairs.
“Where’s Alex?” Alex’s Dad asked as I walked over to Jayden and kissed the top of his head and I got myself a drink.
“He’s asleep.” I said after I had some of my drink.
“I did him a favor on looking after Jayden today, I’m not expecting him to think I’m looking after him tonight.” Alex’s Dad said and I looked at him.
“Well you won’t be since I’m up so I’ll look after him. Anyway have you even asked Alex how he is coping? You know since Jay did get dumped on him like 4 weeks ago.” I said as I walked over to Jayden and picked him up since he was grizzling.
“Alex seems to be coping fine.” Alex’s Dad said and I just rolled my eyes.
“All I’m saying is you need to learn how to read Alex because he’s not coping, he’s just very good at hiding it.” I said and Alex’s dad looked at me.
“Why hasn’t he said nothing?” Alex’s Dad asked.
“Because Alex doesn’t like asking for help. Bit like you.” I said.
“Oh by the way, Luna got kicked out of school, Incase she hasn’t told you yet.” I said and Alex’s dad groaned loudly.
“Fucking kids.” Alex’s Dad said as he ran his hands through his hair.
“Tell you if it isnt Alex then it’s fucking Luna, what more trouble can the pair of them get into.” Alex’s Dad said as he got hold of a bottle of wine and drank it from the bottle.
“To be fair Alex really can’t get into anymore trouble since he has little man and I can’t really speak for Luna.” I said as I looked at Jayden who looked like he was ready to fall asleep but he was keeping himself awake.
“Don’t have kids.” Alex’s Dad said and I chuckled and kissed the side of Jayden’s head as I rocked myself from side to side.
“Too late for that since if I’m going to be with Alex then I have to suck up the fact he has this gorgeous little man.” I said and kissed the side of Jayden’s head which made Jayden look at me and he smiled that cheeky little smile which reminded me of Alex’s smile.
“I’m going to see if Alex is alive or not. Is it okay if you keep an eye on Jay for me.” I said and Alex’s dad smiled as he nodded.
“Yeah it’s fine with me, but tell Luna to get her ass down here right now.” Alex’s Dad said and I nodded as I handed him Jayden.
“Once I get Alex up I’ll bring him down and we’ll sort little man out.” I said as I walked out the room and went upstairs.
“Luna your dad wants a word with you.” I said as I walked past her room and headed to mine and Alex’s room.

Alex was just waking up as I walked in the room.
“Hey baby, did you have a good sleep?” I said as I sat on the bed as Alex sighed loudly as he looked at me.
“Best Sleep I’ve had in 4 weeks and that was without the sex.” Alex said as he sat up and climbed over me and he pulled some pants on before he walked back over and sat next to me.
“Can dad keep the baby?” Alex groaned as he head butted my shoulder.
“Nope, anyway speaking of the little man, you need to feed him before it gets late and he gets really grumpy.” I said and Alex nodded as he moved and pulled some sweats on and walked out the room.
“Lex.” I said after him and Alex’s head peered round the door.
“Yeah?” Alex said confused.
“Wear a hoodie, I kinda got carried away with giving you hickies.” I said and Alex playfully glared at me as he walked in the room and jumped on me.
“What have I told you about these?” Alex said and pointed to one of the hickies on my chest.
“I might of forgotten.” I said and Alex just attacked my neck making sure he got his payback and once he was done he pulled back and smirked at me.
“Don’t you forget again.” Alex said quietly as he kissed me and got off me just as Jayden started to cry.
“Alex you child is crying.” Luna said as she walked up the stairs.
“You think I can’t hear? I can clearly hear the baby crying.” Alex said as he picked a hoodie up off the floor and walked out the room and went downstairs and I knew he was with Jayden as the baby stopped crying.

I chuckled to myself and went downstairs and help Alex with Jayden.
