Alex’s POV

I was busy playing peek a boo with Jayden when someone sat next to me on floor.
I looked and saw it was Luna.
“Why is your child so cute?” Luna asked and Jayden reached for the soft ball I had but he over balanced and landed on my chest which made him cry.
“Oh dear little man. It’s not the end of the world.” I said and held him close to me and kept him there until he didn’t want cuddles anymore and he got off my lap and went to terrorize dad once he gets to dad.
“Where’s Jack?” Luna asked.
“At work and then he’s going to be getting food for me and the baby.” I said and Luna chuckled.
I looked over to Jayden and he was busy trying to take dads slipper off.
“Jay leave grandpa slipper alone.” I said and dad chuckled.
“It’s fine Lex.” Dad said and the next thing I saw was Jayden falling backwards with dads slipper laughing loudly.
“Your child is crazy.” Luna said and I rolled my eyes and moved up onto the sofa because my ass was going numb sitting on the floor.
“Jay isn’t crazy.” I said and looked at him and he looked like he was concentrating on something and he lunged himself forward and he frowned and started to giggle and do it again.
“Think we are going to need to baby proof the house soon.” Dad said and I looked at him confused.
“Little man is learning how to crawl.” Dad chuckled and I looked at Jayden and smiled at him and I slid back down on the floor and lead on the floor.
“Come here Jay.” I said and Jayden looked at me and he sat up thought about something and shuffled forward on him bum which made me chuckle and I rolled onto my back and Jayden smiled and he raised his hands and brought them down and smacked me on the face.
“Owww you little shit that hurt.” I said as I picked him up and sat him on my chest.
Jayden thought it was funny as he was laughing and babbled to himself.
“Not funny.” I said as I tickled his side.

Me and Jayden was having some down time in my room as it was nap time for him and most certainly nap time for me.
I was on Jack’s side of the bed since my bed was up against the wall and I didn’t want Jayden to fall off the bed so I let him him have my side so he was by the wall and I didn’t have the worry about him.
I was reading to Jayden and he pointed to a cow.
“That’s a cow, it goes moo.” I said as I was lead on my back and Jayden was doing the same but with his hands behind his head and sucking on his dummy.
“You going to say moo?” I asked as I looked at him but Jayden couldn’t give a fuck.
“This is Percy pig, it goes oink.” I said and showed him the picture.
I turned the pages and Jayden reached out for the book and I let him have the book and he grabbed it and threw the book at me and started to laugh.
“You little bugger.” I chuckled as I tickled his belly which made him smile and roll over onto his front.
“Hey you, it’s nap time. Got to have a nap before Jack gets home.” I said and Jayden moved so he was close to me.
“Go to sleep.” I whispered and traced my finger round in circles round his hair.
Jayden started to coo to himself which made me smile as I have learnt that’s what he does when he is tired and he was falling asleep.
I started to softly sing to him and by the time I had finished Jayden had fallen asleep and I smiled and carefully pulled the covers over the pair of us and put a arm gently over him and I allowed myself to fall asleep.

I woke up and felt a body cuddled into my back and I looked down and saw a arm wrapped round my waist and I looked and saw Jayden was up and the hand round my waist was tickling Jayden.
“Stop winding him up.” I groaned as I pulled the covers over my head But was stopped by the arm pulling it back down again.
“Look Jay, daddy has finally woken up.” Jack chuckled and I rolled onto my back where Jack sat on me and kissed me which I returned.
“Stop bad mouthing me to the baby.” I whined and Jack chuckled.
“Like he cares.” Jack said and me both looked at Jayden who was sat up frowning at something.
“What’s the matter little man.” I said and tickled his foot which made him glare at me which made Jack chuckle.
“Christ you have your mothers glare. But not to worry little man, you’ll pick up Jack’s glare soon enough. Especially since all he does is glare at me all the time.” I said and Jack gently hit my chest.
“And he hits me as well Jay. Help me.” I said and Jayden couldn’t give one fuck and he focused on getting himself on all fours.
“Feels like I’ve either got the best part of having him or Ive got the worst part.” I said and Jayden managed to get himself over to me and Jack and he climbed onto my chest and just sat on my chest and Jack put his hand behind Jayden just Incase he fell because he would be off the bed.
“Think You’ve got the best, you get to see all his firsts and I think that’s the best thing ever.” Jack said and I looked at him and smiled.
“He threw a book at me earlier.” I said and Jack smiled.
“Good boy.” Jack said and I glared at him.
“If only the baby wasn’t on me.” I said and Jack smirked.
“But you do so I’m safe.” Jack said as he got off me and picked Jayden up and balanced him on his hip.
“Bring my guitar down when you come down.” Jack said and I nodded as I threw the covers of me and sat up and got my bearings and I got up and got mine and Jack’s guitars and went downstairs.

I was sat on the floor while Jayden was playing with some toys and Jack was sat on the sofa tuning his guitar and giving it a clean.
“Swear you love that guitar more than me.” I said and Jack chuckled and he moved and I had his legs over my shoulders and I looked up at him.
“It means a lot to me so I have to look after it.” Jack said sadly and I wrapped my arm round his leg.
“I know it does baby.” I said softly and kissed The inside of his thigh and I looked back at Jack who smiled sadly at me.
“Your grandparents would be proud of you, because I know I’m very proud of you.” I said as I rubbed his leg in comfort.
“I know.” Jack said quietly.
Normally Jack was the happiest person you could ever meet and was positive about everything in life but there is some days when Jack would be quiet and it was on those sort of days when Jack needs a lot of love and support.
“Want baby cuddles? They could cheer you up.” I said and Jack chuckled.
“Na, he’s happy playing but cuddles from you would be great right now.” Jack said and I smiled and moved from between his legs and moved onto the sofa where Jack moved his guitar and gently put it back in its case and put the lid on it so Jayden doesn’t break it as that would be the end of the world for Jack.
I got myself comfy and opened my arm out to the side and Jack moved and cuddled into my side where I kissed the top of his head and wrapped my arm round him and held him close to me.
“I love you.”I said against his hair and kissed the top of his head again.
“I love you too.” Jack said quietly and he kissed the side of my chest.

“I’m thinking of going on holiday to the states for a couple of weeks once I get the money saved up to see the family.” Jack said quietly.
Not that it bothered me in the slightest what Jack does because he was old enough to do what he wants but it always scared me as I always got the feeling that if Jack went to the states he wouldn’t come back and he would leave me.
“It’s up to you.” I said quietly and looked at Jayden.
Jack could always sense when I wasn’t happy and he knew how I felt about him going to the states but at the same time I couldn’t stop him from seeing his family as they mean a lot to Jack like my family means a lot to me.
“Baby look at me.” Jack said and I looked at him.
“It won’t be for a year or whatever as I need to save and I need to make sure that we have a home of our own and now we have little man I need to make sure that we have everything we need before I go. I still see them over Skype and all that so it’s not as if I’m blocked out of their lives.” Jack said and I smiled.
“If you want to go then You can go. I’m not going to stop you from seeing your family.” I said and Jack smiled.
“I know you’re not stopping me but I do know that you’re scared that I will leave you and I know that will never happen.” Jack said and I cuddled into his side where Jack kissed the top of my head.
“If we wait until little man his older then you can come with me and see the family.” Jack said and I nodded.
“But it’s for another time to think about because right now little man is our main concern.” Jack said and I smiled.
“I can’t believe I have a kid, was so stupid not to cover my dick up.” I said as I looked down feeling bad for what I said.
“Hey, you was drunk I know you was drunk because you called me and asked if I could give you a lift home. Well you was stupid and now you have that gorgeous boy over there. I understand it takes some getting used to because I have to get used to it as does everyone in the house. But you are a good dad Lex.” Jack said and I smiled as I looked up and saw Jayden crawl which made me hit Jack’s leg.
“Jay just crawled.” I said as I looked at Jack who smiled at me.
“Nothing is safe now.” Jack chuckled and I looked back at Jayden who was now on his stomach playing with the play mat we got him.

“Come on fussy ass, you need to eat this and then you can have a nice bottle later.” I said as I attempted to give Jayden some baby food to ween him off his bottle but so far it wasn’t going well.
“I know it look horrible and probably doesn’t taste any better but you have to try it to see if you do like it or not.” I said as I put the spoon to Jays mouth and he looked at me with with a huge frown on his face which made me chuckle.
“I know baby, but you need to start eating food as you can’t live on milk all your life as people will think you are odd.” I said and moved the spoon a bit closer to his mouth and Jayden reluctantly opened his mouth and I put the food in his mouth.
Think it was safe to say that Jayden didn’t enjoy it.
“Have you fed the baby poison or something?” Luna asked as she walked in the room and kissed the top of Jayden head as she walked past.
“Not poison, just baby food.” I said and Luna chuckled.
“Poor baby boy.” Luna said and Jayden started to cry.
“Oi you, none of that please. Here have some food.” I said and put the spoon in his mouth just to shut him up a little.
“Your so mean.” Luna chuckled as she lent against the side.
“Where’s Jack?” Luna asked.
“Talking to his family. Was going to finish up hear and go and see how it’s going.” I said and wiped Jayden’s face round.
“Why don’t you go up, I have little man sorted.” Luna said and I looked at her with a frown.
“Na, Jack needs some space at the moment so we’re going to give him it.” I said and looked at Jayden who pretty much had baby food round him and didn’t look happy with me.
“Such a grumpy baby.” I chuckled as I got up and put the stuff what I was using in the sink and went back over to Jayden.
“Come on trouble let’s go and have a bath.” I said as I picked him up and we went upstairs where I gave Jayden a bath and went back down to watch tv and wind down.

“Baby wake up.” I heard a voice say and the person messing with my hair.
“Babe wake up, you can’t sleep on the sofa all night.” The voice said and I opened my eyes and saw Jack.
“Where’s Jay?” I asked sleepily as my eyes began to shut again.
“He’s in bed, not ours don’t worry. Your dad got me to say you both had fallen asleep so I’ve put Jay to bed and now it’s your turn.” Jack whispered.
“I’m fine here.” I mumbled and Jack chuckled quietly.
“No can do baby, I want my cuddles tonight.” Jack said and I felt myself being picked up and my arm automatically went round Jack’s neck and I felt Jack walk and soon we was in my room and I was sat on the bed.
“We’re going to be quiet as little man is flat out.” Jack whispered and I nodded as i lifted my arms up so Jack could take my top off.
“Stand up for me baby.” Jack whispered and I shook my head and lead back on the bed and Jack sighed loudly and he sat on me as he undone my jeans.
“You wearing pants or you just going to let it hang loose?” Jack asked.
“Don’t care.” I said quietly and I could hear Jack rolling his eyes at me.
“Lift your hips up then.” Jack said and I lifted my hips up and Jack pulled my jeans down and he kissed the inside of my thigh.
“Too tired for sex.” I said and Jack chuckled and I felt him kneel between my legs and he kissed my chest and then kissed me on the lips.
“The fact your turning down sex just shows how tired you are.” Jack said and I just grunted at him.
“Come on Baby, climb under the covers and then you can pass out.” Jack said and I reluctantly moved and stood up and pulled the covers back and crawled into bed and just collapsed on my side of the bed.
I felt Jack climb into bed and him pulling the covers over us.

“Do I get cuddles tonight?” Jack asked and I sighed and rolled onto my side and I felt Jack move closer and a arm round my waist and with that I just let sleep take over me and I just hoped Jayden didn’t wake up in the night.
