Jacks POV

Alex had fallen asleep on my side of the bed, I wasn't tired even though it was 2 in the morning.
I put all of Alex's photos in the box and looked at a couple of them.
I noticed all the smiles that Alex was putting on was fake and I could see the pain in his eyes.
His childhood was completely different to what mine was.
I looked at Alex and smiled and put the thick blanket we had over him which made him sigh loudly and I quietly got off the bed and picked the box off and walked over to the walk in wardrobe and put the box on Alex's side and some stuff which I had no clue off as I wasn't going to stick my big nose in it.
I checked in Alex and saw he was still sound asleep and Hank was lead on the bed and was looking at me.
"Come on then dickhead." I said quietly and Hank followed me to the kitchen where I cleaned the kitchen.

After I did that I went outside and let Hank out so he could go for a piss or whatever he does.
I saw Alex's lyric book on the table and I picked it up and had a little look then put it back down again and just sat there completely lost in thought and thinking about whatever came to my head.
"What you doing out here?" I heard Alex say sleepily and I looked up and saw Alex leaning against the door frame.
"Couldn't sleep and I didn't want to keep you up." I said and Alex smiled and rested his head against the door frame.
"Come back to bed, its cold and too big without you in it." Alex said sleepily.
I smiled and got up and looked for Hank and I could see he was already on the sofa indoors just waiting for me and Alex to go to bed.
I walked over to Alex and caught hold of his hand and walked back towards our room where I pulled the covers back and gently pushed Alex into the bed and put the covers over him.
I walked round to my side of the bed taking my clothes off as I did and once I was in just my pants I climbed into bed where Alex moved and cuddled into my side like he always does.
"What I told you doesn't make you think different of me does it?" Alex asked quietly.
"Course it doesn't. Your still the person who I want to wake up to everyday. I don't care what your past was like as long as your over it and your now happy that's all what matters to me." I said and looked at Alex who had a smile on his face which made me smile.
"I love you Jack." Alex yawned.
"I love you too Lex." I said and looked at what I could watch on Netflix as Alex was fast asleep again and this time I knew he wasn't going to wake up.

I don't think so! It's well written, nothing much happens but it doesn't have to be super dramatic all the time. I like it :)

Hey lovely, seems like your stories reflect how you feel. You are definitely not wasting your time if it helps you to express yourself and be assured there are a lot of silent readers out there that enjoy your writing. Stay strong!

I adore your stories. They are always so creative. I have been seeing marked improvement in your writing. Keep chugging along my dear. I will read what you write. Keep doing the best you can.

so I have no idea if you will understand this (since you have dyslexia and all that), but I would like to suggest that you should have a beta to proof read your stories. Because trust me, I think almost all of your plotlines are really creative and good, but since some people aren't aware that you have dyslexia they'd probably assumed you're not that good at writing and stuff. I'm a grammar nazi myself, but since I know about your condition I can bear with it, while other people can't.

I salute you though, you don't let your condition stop you from writing so... keep it up!

You just need a beta to make your stories greater than they already are.
