Alex's POV

I was woken up with my phone going off in my ear.
I looked at it and saw it was my agent calling me.
"Its my day off man." I said sleepily down the phone and rolled onto my back.
"I know and I'm so sorry Alex but you need to come in as I think I have got you a job of a life time." My agent said.
"What time do I need to be there for?" I asked sitting up and rolling out of bed.
"In the next hour." My agent said which made me groan.
"I'll even get you coffee Alex, please come. I'm not joking when I say its a good job offer." My agent said.
"Fine, I'll come but I'm taking you up on that coffee and if its not there when I walk in I might just cry or something." I said and got up heading towards the bathroom.
My agent chuckled.
"It will be all you have to do is show up." They said.
"And I will. I'll see you in a bit." I said and hung up and put my phone on the side while I had a quick shower and made myself look presentable.

I walked into the meeting room and smiled when my agent handed me a coffee.
"You're too good for me Chris." I said and had a mouthful of coffee and hummed as how warm it was.
"More like the other way round. Anyway down to business." Chris said and walked off with me following behind.
"Alex I want you too meet Jack Barakat. He's here from the states to expand his clothing line over here." Chris said and the tall gentleman turned round which made me choke on my coffee.
It was the guy from the lobby yesterday I thought his face look familiar to me.
" Alex its nice to finally meet you." Jack said and offered me his hand which I took and shook.
"The same to you Mr Barakat." I said and he chuckled.
"Call me Jack, I sound old and way to important to be called Mr Barakat." He sad and turned round and sat down and I did the same on the opposite side of the table.

"As you know I'm a designer new to the city of London looking for models to model my work off for the UK to see. I was told after phoning around that you was the best guy for the job. In fact most of the people I phone said your name." Jack said and rested his elbows on the side of his chair and looked at me and I looked down and quickly looked back up again.
"I'm not that good, just have a load of photos going round that place that's all." I said and Jack raised a eyebrow at me.
"That's not what I'm getting from your latest photoshoot." He said and looked at a load of pictures before looking at me again.
I just rollwd my eyes and drunk my coffee.
"So what we're here today Alex, is for me to ask you if you would be my male model?" Jack said and again I choked on my coffee.
"Stop doing that Alex." Chris hissed in my ear and I glared at him.
"Don't you want to look around first? I'm sure there are other models who can do a better job than me." I said and I felt Chris glare at me.
"Nope, my mind was made up before I even left the states. I want you to model my clothing line for me. So what do you say?" He said and sat forward in his seat.
To be honest I've know about Jack for ages and I did love his clothes and i was a fan off him. So turning his offer down was going to be the biggest mistakes of my life and I have had loads of mistakes.
"Sure, I'll be your model." I said and Jack smiled and offered me his hand which I took and shook.
"Welcome to the team Alex. I'll be seeing you bright and early tomorrow morning." Jack said with a smile.
"When you say bright and early, how early do you mean? My bed is literally my hardest goodbye in the mornings along with the shower." I said and Jack chuckled.
"For you, I'll say 10 am. But you better not be late, if your late I'll move the time to 8 am." Jack said seriously and I nodded.
"Thankyou Jack." I said.
"I have your number, your agent has given it to me so if your late I'll be shouting at you down the phone. Do I make myself clear." Jack said.
"Absolutely Jack. Thank you so much for this, I won't disappoint you." I said and I backed towards the door and walked out the door with Chris following.

"You better not go sleeping with him Alex." Chris said seriously.
"Okay, that was the once I've slept with a manger and that was only to get the job and it worked. Don't know why your still pissed of about that." I said and looked at Jack who was looking at some pictures by the looks of things.
"I'm pissed off still because they could of blaped and then the press would get hold of it and be calling you a slut." Chris said and stood in front of me blocking my view of Jack.
"Well I am a slut though." I said and turned round and walked off to get more coffee and go home and crawl back into bed.

I don't think so! It's well written, nothing much happens but it doesn't have to be super dramatic all the time. I like it :)

Hey lovely, seems like your stories reflect how you feel. You are definitely not wasting your time if it helps you to express yourself and be assured there are a lot of silent readers out there that enjoy your writing. Stay strong!

so I have no idea if you will understand this (since you have dyslexia and all that), but I would like to suggest that you should have a beta to proof read your stories. Because trust me, I think almost all of your plotlines are really creative and good, but since some people aren't aware that you have dyslexia they'd probably assumed you're not that good at writing and stuff. I'm a grammar nazi myself, but since I know about your condition I can bear with it, while other people can't.

I salute you though, you don't let your condition stop you from writing so... keep it up!

You just need a beta to make your stories greater than they already are.
