Jacks POV

It was Alex's birthday and I had no idea how he be about it as he's been acting strange for the last couple of days.
I also wanted to surprise him by having Quinn and Beth coming over for like a get together since Alex hasn't seen much of them since he moved in with me nearly 3 months ago.

I got up early and made Alex a coffee and some breakfast and quietly went back into the bedroom where Alex was sort of waking up.
"Morning babe." I said quietly and sat in his side of the bed and put his coffee on his side table along with his toast which I made him.
"Morning." Alex muttered and opened his eyes.
He looked beside him and smiled and looked at me.
"You shouldn't of done." Alex said sleepily.
"Well I did because its your birthday and I wanted to do something since its your first birthday with us being together." I said and Alex smiled and sat up.
I moved and sat on Alex and kissed him.
"So I believe that because its my birthday I get birthday sex." Alex said and I chuckled and ran my hands up and down his chest.
"I believe that rule is true." I said and Alex smirked at me.
"But I think you need to eat first since you didnt eat yesterday." I said seriously and Alex groaned.
"I'm not hungry Jack." Alex said.
"Babe, I don't want you going back to having a problem." I said and Alex looked at me hard.
"I will always have a problem Jack. Do you know how hard it is for me to eat a pizza? Its so fucking hard not to count calories, not to go to the bathroom and stick my fingers down my throat and make myself sick. I need to has what I call fast days in order for me to cope with being in recovery." Alex said quietly and looked down.
"Hey, I'm proud of you Lex." I said and make Alex look at me and I kissed him softly which made Alex smile.
" Now I believe I owe you something." I said and moved to Alex's neck and kissed it while leaving a few marks on his neck.

"So my gift to you isn't actually here yet." I said to Alex as he cuddled into my side on the sofa as we just watch whatever is on TV.
"I thought the sex was my gift." Alex said and I chuckled softly.
"Well it is but I have something else for you." I said and got my phone out and I could see Alex smile at the home screen since it was off me and him when we was at Quinns and we fell asleep on the sofa.
I got what I was looking for and showed Alex.
"Is that what I think it is?" Alex said and snatched my phone from me.
"Yeah, he's not ready for a couple of weeks but he's yours if you want him." I said and Alex literally jumped on my and kissed me hard and hugged me.
"Best present ever." Alex said and kissed me.
"Well I'm glad you like him." I said and Alex sat on my lap and looked at my phone smiling while he looked at the picture of the puppy I have brought him.

"Have you heard from Quinn or Beth? They haven't called me like they would do if I was away for my birthday." Alex said sadly.
"No I haven't babe. Maybe their just busy." I said and looked at Alex who sighed and looked down and walked outside and sat in his chair and got his book and start to read it.
It broke my heart but I knew he would like his surprise.
"Don't be upset babe. I'm sure they'll text or call you." I said.
"They haven't missed my birthday since I've known them." Alex sniffed.
I pulled Alex onto my lap and kissed him.
"Another round or not in the mood?" I ask and Alex smiled.
"I'm always in the mood when your around. I can't keep my hands of you." Alex said and ran his hand up and down my side.
