Two different world's become one.

Jacks POV

Me and Luca had a huge argument when we got home and for me and him to calm down before we beat each other up so mum ordered me to go out and calm down since she knew where I would go whereas Luca would of just wondered around and get into more trouble.

I went to my favourite part of the woods which basically was right in the middle of it was a lake and I find it the most beautiful place in the world even though there are probably more beautiful places but it would take a lot for it to top of this place.
I was miles away when I heard a twig snap in the distance since elves hearing was better than most.
I just zoned out until I heard the footsteps coming closer to me.

"Thought I was the only person who knew about this place." A voice said and they sat next to me.
"Guess your not then." I said and looked at them and saw it was Alex.
He looked at me and smiled.
"I also thought I was the only on who walks in the middle of the woods when its nearly dark." He said.
"Me and Luca got into a argument it was better if I left the house for a while." I said and looked back out to the lake.
"The joys of having an older brother." Alex said sadly.
I looked at him and he was staring out to the lake.
"But its just you and Jamie." I said.
"There is now. But there wasn't 8 months ago." He said and looked down.
I thought as hard as I could since my father and Alex's dad sometimes does business with each other.
"Didn't know you had a older brother." I said.
Alex didn't say anything.
"That's because everyone is so interested in me and Jamie that they don't give us the privacy we needed." He ranted.
"They wouldn't even leave us alone for his funeral." He sniffed and wiped his nose in his sleeve.
"I'm sorry. You don't even like me." He said.
"That's not true." I said and Alex looked at me.
"I can read your mind I know how much you hate me." He said.
"Okay hate is a strong word, I strongly dislike you, but I don't hate you." I said.
"You family hates me especially Luca." He said.
"Luca hates everyone, he's a grumpy with everyone." I said.
"He has a lot of hate for me." He said.
"Why? Why does Luca hate you so much?" I asked.
"Because he thinks I used my gifts to make him sleep with me. But hey guess what he was the fucking one who came onto me and we had sex and he can't live himself for having sex with me. I mean for fuck sake I'm not that bad I can give people what they want." He said.

I just thought about it and Luca was having a really bad time 4 months ago.
"He was having a bad time." I said.
"I was having a bad time! So don't you fucking dare stand up for him!" Alex said loudly.
"Why are you having a go at me for? You barley know me." I said.
Alex sighed and got up.
"I'm sorry." He said quietly.
"Its fine. Sit back down and chill for a while." I said and Alex smiled and sat back down.

We stayed here until it was dark.
"Shit I can find my way back in the dark." I said and Alex chuckled.
"Well good for you my elf friend that I'm the twin with the cool gifts and do this." He said and his finger was on fire.
"What the fuck just happened?" I asked staring at the fire completely confused.
"I can control the elements. So if I want this fire to go out then I can." He said and we was in darkness.
Then some wind went through my hair.
"Alex stop it." I said and Alex chuckled and a flame came back and I could see him again.
"Your a right pussy." He chuckled.
"And your just a dick." I said.
"I know. Look I think we got off on the wrong foot. So, my name is Alex and its very nice to meet you." He said and offered me his hand which I took.
"Hey, my name is Jack and it is also nice to meet you." I said and Alex smiled and chuckled.
"Tell me more about yourself." I said as Alex sorted something out so we could have some sort of campfire.
"I live with my mum and dad and my identical twin Jamie. I used to have an older brother but some hunter got to him. Me and Jamie are both gifted and are here to save everyones sorry assholes." He said and looked at me to tell me about myself.
"I also live with my mum and dad, I have an older brother called Luca and a older sister called Piper. I have the brains out of everyone." I chuckled.
Alex smiled.
"You close to Luca and Piper?" He asked.
"Yeah, we keep an eye on each other and all that." I said.

One thing caught my attention though.
"You said hunters? I didn't know they was still around in this area, I thought they was all gone." I said.
"They're everywhere Jack. At the moment things are under control, but in time they'll be back." He said.
"Then what's keeping us safe then?" I yawed.
"It don't matter Jack." He said and stood up and offered me his hand.
"I'm just gonna crash here for the night." I said feeling my eyes getting heavy.
"No your not sleeping beauty, come on tell me where you live and I'll carry you home." He said.
"I'll be fine, don't worry about me." I muttered but I felt myself being lifted up.
"Well you won't be fine and I will worry about you so I'm taking you home where I know you are safe." He said and he walked off.

"Whether you like it or not, I know what I saw and I am going to look out for him Luca." I heard Alex say.
"You need to get your fucking hands off him Alex." Luca said seriously.
"So you wanted me to leave him in the woods where he is vulnerable to them! I would not be able to live with myself if something happened to him." Alex said.
"I would of found him." Luca said.
"Well I would of wished you good luck because you would of been looking for really long time." Alex said.
"Just give me Jack and fuck off and don't come to this house." Luca growled.
"Well, you better get used to seeing this pretty face because you'll be seeing it more often." Alex said and I felt myself being passed over.
"Tell Jack I'll see him tommorow." Alex said and walked off.
I was out like a light after that.
