Two different world's become one.

Alex's POV

Me and Jamie walked gingerly to the kitchen and stood by the counter with our heads hanging low.
"What did me and your mother tell you both about using your gifts and picking fights." He said in a low voice.
"Technically I didn't use my gift." Jamie said.
"I don't care!" Dad shouted and banged his fist down on the table which made me and Jamie jump.
"You two don't have gifts to abuse them and use them on other people! You have them because of who you are! You both have your gifts to protect those who do not have gifts!" He shouted loudly and his face was going red.
"The fucking elf picked the fight not us." I said.
"I don't give a fucking shit Alexander! Just because the elf picks a fight does not mean you two carry on the bloody fight! Hasn't been kicked out of 3 schools taught you that already!?" He carried on shouting.
"So they can fucking start a fight but we're not allowed to stand up for ourselves don't see how that is fair." I challenged since out of me and Jamie I would challenge pretty much anything.
"Don't fucking challenge me Alexander." Dad growled.
"Why not?" I challenged again.
"Alex stop it." Jamie said quietly.
"Fucking challenge me once more boy and there will be hell to pay now both of you get out of my sight." He growled and me and Jamie went to my room.

"You just can't keep your mouth shut can you?" Jamie said and flopped on my bed.
"Because one of us has to speak our minds, since your not going to do I might as well." I said and started to roll myself and Jamie a cigarette each.
"I can speak my mind but your big mouth always bears me too it." He said.
"Just say whatever you have to say. Its not hard." I said.
"Well you have a fucking fog horn of a mouth. Might as well put it to good use." He chuckled and I handed him a cigarette.
"Light it up for me." He said and I just looked at it and it lite the cigarette.
"Fuckung love that gift." Jamie said.
I chuckled.
"You boys better not be smoking in there!" Mum said loudly.
"We're not." Jamie said and we quickly stubbed our cigarettes out and threw it out the window.

Mum walked into the room and looked at us.
"Fuck sake you two what am I going to do with you." She said and sat on the bed and looked round my room.
"Dunno, shoot us." Jamie said.
I chuckled and sat on the floor as two people sat on my bed with big wings doesn't leave much room.
" Na, I couldn't live without your two." She said and me and Jamie smiled.
"You two seriously need to stop pissing your father off, the poor bastard has enough going on." She said.
"Not our fault we're technically royals in our world." Jamie said.
"Jamie don't start with that." Mum sighed.
"I'm just saying." Jamie said.
"Right you two get on and do your homework and I'll order a takeaway for tea." She said and me and Jamie just sighed loudly because we had to do homework before food.
"But we're hungry." I said.
"Christ that's all what you two are is always hungry." She chuckled and got up and walked out the room.
"Oh and can you both leaving your bloody feathers all over the place, especially you Alex." Mum said.
"Can't help that they fall out." I said.
"I know, but just try okay." She said and walked out the room.
I just rolled my eyes and got my homework to do.
"You know where I am if you need help." Jamie said and walked out my room.
"Peace." I muttered and sat on my bed and started to do my homework.

I was stuck on some homework so I went to Jamie's room.
"Jam, I stuck." I said using my childhood nickname for him.
"What with?" He asked and looked up.
"None of this is making sense." I said and sat on his bed.
Jamie chuckled.
"Is your brain working over time?" He asked.
"Yeah, it can't cope anymore." I groaned and flopped back on his bed.
"Want me to do it for you?" He asked.
"You are literally the best twin ever." I said.
"I'm your only twin and the fact we're the only twins of our kind I think its a but hard to beat that." Jamie chuckled.
"Yeah but still. Your my twin and your the best." I said and Jamie smiled.
"So are you Lex." Jamie said and I just left him to do my work.
"Hey, since I'm doing this see if you can complete that level I've been stuck on." He said.
"Have yourself a deal." I said and grabbed his Xbox controller and played his game for him.

Me and Jamie just crashed on the bed and was about to fall asleep when men came in Jamie's room.
"Hard night in the office?" Mum chuckled.
"Yeah." I mumbled and got comfy on leaning on Jamie's legs.
"Well there's some pizza here for the both of you if you wake up in the middle of the night." She said quietly and I heard her walk out the room but then came back in.
"Have a pillow and the duvet. I'm sure Jamie isn't the comfy to sleep on." She said and gently lifted my head up and put the pillow under it.
I just signed loudly and I felt mum put my duvet over me and moved to Jamie to get him comfy.
"Fuck off Alex." Jamie mumbled.
"Isn't me dick head, your my human pillow." I grumbled back.
"Just go back to sleep. There's pizza for when you wake up hungry." Mum said quietly and also put Jamie's duvet over him.
Jamie got comfy and so did I and we was both flat out asleep.
