Rose's POV

Today was my first day at this dance school I got accepted to and I was really nervous about it.
"Honey, you'll do great. You have earnt your place there." Mum said and pulled me into a hug.
"What if they don't like me and they make fun of me." I said.
"Who cannot like you. Your gorgeous, funny, smart and you are really talented. Don't let the bastard get you down." Mum said and I smiled and pulled away from the hug.
"I won't mum. Hope I don't like you and dad down." I said and looked down then looked at my new home for the next year.
"You won't let us down. We are so proud of you." Mum said and I smiled and grabbed my bag.
"I'll see you in the holidays. I promise I'll text you to let you know how I am and I'll phone you every Sunday and we can have a good gossip." I said and mum smiled and nodded and I saw a tear roll down her cheek.
"All my babies have grown up and flew the nest." Mum sniffed.
"Technically you left Eric, Fred and Alex. They had no choice but to get on with their lives. I'm the only one who you didn't leave, I'm the only one out of your 4 children who has flown the nest. The others had no choice." I spat.
"Rose don't start." Mum said.
"Why did you give me the best chance in a education and not the others? Is it because your ashamed of them? You ashamed because Eric was a druggie? You ashamed because Alex has mental health problems? You don't realise how much they have grown up and have gotten better. Eric has a family now, he's clean from drugs. Alex, him and Jack have a place together, they are happy. Yes Alex is still all over the place but he is so talented. Freddie is getting married soon. Him and his fiancé are happy. You never gave them a chance. So I'm doing this for them. Every time I'm on that stage its going to be for them. I'm going to make them proud." I ranted and opened the door.
"Rose, don't leave it like this." Mum said.
"My life mother. Disown me if you have to. I don't care." I said and slammed the door and walked off.

I brought all my stuff what I wanted the day before so all my stuff was already in my room.
I walked in my new home and saw my two room mates was here.
"Hey look who's decided to move in." Austin said which made me smile.
"I only brought my stuff here yesterday, its not like my stuff was here like a month ago." I said and Austin chuckled.
"Rose!" My other room mate Rowe said and pulled me into a hug,
I returned her hug.
"So practice is in like 10 minutes so we need to turn round and go to the studio." Rowe said and spun me round and pushed me out the door.

We got to the studio and everyone looked at me.
"Aren't you a bit young to be here?" So guy said and walked over to me.
" Well if I'm here then I must be capable of being here." I said.
"Please, bet your just a shit as everyone else who's had your place." The guy said and stood close to me and I had to look up to his he was really tall like Austin but Austin was stupidly tall.
"Back off Sole, your not gods gift." Rowe said.
"No one asked you, you Irish freak." Sole said.
"Hey, your beef is with me not hers." I said and Sole looked at me.
"Name?" Sole asked.
"Rose Bishop." I said and Sole looked at me.
"Oh you've heard of me then?" I asked.
Sole didn't say anything.
"I take your silence means a yes then. Now if you have heard of me you know I'm a fucking good dancer and I work bloody hard to get here. I am not going to let you fuck this up for me." I said and barged past him and put my bag down and started to warm up.
