Elijah's POV

When I told my parents about me being gay I was actually prepared for their reaction.
Which basically was that I wasn't their son anymore, I was dead to them, all I did was bring shame on the family and that I was going straight to hell and that I wasn't welcomed back if anything was to happen.
I didn't give a shit, as long as I had Fred and his bat shit crazy family that's all the family I need.
And to be honest I have never been as happy as I am now.

I heard my alarm go off but I couldn't be bothered to get up so I hit the snooze button and cuddled into Fred's back.
"You do realise the more you hit the an snooze button the less time you have to get ready for work." Fred said sleepily.
"Yeah, but it's always worth it to spend another 5 minutes in bed with you." I said and kissed between his shoulder blades.
Fred just chuckled.
"Get up you lazy sod and go and earn money." He said and rolled over and faced me.
"Maybe I don't want to anymore." I said and kissed him.
"Ew, morning breath keep it to yourself." He said and pulled a face.
I chuckled and missed him again to wind him up a little.
"Fuck off to work you bum hole and let me enjoy my day off in peace." He said and slapped my chest and then rolled over so his back was too me.
I chuckled and got out of bed and went to sort myself out.

I walked out the bathroom with a towel round my waist.
Fred was watching me while still in bed.
I just rolled my eyes and put my clothes on.
"A suit looks good on you." Fred said and I turned round and looked at him.
"Glad you approve." I chuckled and walked over to him and kissed him while stealing his iPod since he had better music on his than what I did.
"Asshole." Fred muttered as he slowly fell back asleep again.
"See you later." I said and kissed his cheek and walked out and went to work.

Fred's POV

When I finally rolled out of bed I was really bored since me and Eli normally had the same days off but it was being one of those months where we hardly saw each other which sucked a lot.

I wanted to go and bug someone but I didn't know who so I phoned Eric but I didn't get an answer so I guess he was at work so I tried Alex.
After the 5th ring he answered.
"Hey there Fredo." He said.
"What you doing today?" I asked.
"Writing, playing my guitar, trying to find a job. You know the normal things." He said.
"Fancy meeting for coffee?" I asked.
"Sure, but we're not looking at fucking cats. Your other half has said no and I'm not getting into shit because you brought a cat." He said seriously.
" But their so cute." I pouted.
"My ass is cute but you don't see Jack wanting to buy it." He said.
"He fucking owns your ass." I said.
"True. But that's because he loves my ass too much." He said.
"Anyway, meet at our normal coffee shop?" I asked.
"Yeah, see you in half an hour." He said and hung up.
"Bye then." I muttered and went and slowly walked to the coffee shop.

By the time I got there Alex was waiting smoking like he normally does when he's out.
"Thought you where quitting?" I asked as I got to him.
"I am but this is the first one I have had all day." He said and flicked his cigarette away.
"Still not the point." I chuckled and put my arm over his shoulders as we walked into the coffee shop.
"You know what I have." He said and slapped my chest and walked off.
I just glared at him and got our drinks.

I joined Alex and sat opposite him.
"Where's the gay boy?" I asked.
"Which one?" He asked and looked at me.
"Jack." I simply said.
"At work." He said sadly and looked down.
"Hey what's up?" I asked and kicked him gently.
"What if he finds someone better? And he doesn't want to be with me anymore." He said quietly.
"He won't, because he has put up with you for 6 years and you two have the flat together. He loves you Lex, he would do anything for you and you know that. Just don't let your head get the better of you." I said.
"Its hard that's all. Having this fucking voice saying he doesn't love me and he'll find someone so much better than me, someone less fucked up. Its so hard Fred." He said still looking down.
"Have you spoken to Jack or your doctor or councilor person?" I asked.
Alex shook his head.
"Talk to them Lex. They can help you and Jack knows you better than anyone, talk to him please, for me." I said and Alex looked at me and nodded.
"Know what we can do to cheer you up?" I asked.
"If you say look at cats I'm going to fucking kill you Fred." He said.
"Damn there goes my plan." I said and Alex chuckled.
" I have to go, I said I would meet Jack from work." Alex said and drunk the rest of his drink and got up.
I did the same and pulled him into a hug.
"You know my number and where I live, if you need a chat about anything." I said quietly.
Alex hugged me tighter in response.
"I know and its the same to you as well." He said quietly and let me go and walked off.
I smiled and walked home hoping Eli was home.
