Chapter. Four
I was sleeping peacefully until I had a nightmare about my past and I screamed so loudly, that I woke up crying and shaking, my dad ran in here and he sat next to me. Keith woke up.
"Renee, what happened?" My dad and Keith asked. I was still shaking.
"Nightmare....." I cried.
"Tell me the nightmare." My dad said and Keith fell back to sleep.
"I...got...abused by mum and dad." I cried out and I hugged dad.
"Want to tell me about it?" He asked taking me to the living room.
"T-They abused me so badly that I started to bleed from my head..." I cried.
"Oh sweetheart." My dad said hugging me. "I won't let them near you."
"P-Please don't ever hurt me." I sniffled.
"Me and Papa won't ever hurt you, okay?"
"O-Okay."
"Sleep on the couch, ok? Love you hun."
"Love you too." I fell asleep and he went back upstairs to go to sleep.
I hope he keeps his promise.
