Reconnected

May 1998

“Alex!” Eve shouted after her class was outside.

“Eve!” Alex shouted running towards her.

“I'm so excited for middle school. We're going to have so much fun together” Eve grinned. She didn't notice Alex's shiftiness.

“Um yeah. About that. My parents are putting me in a private school” He told her, anxious for her reaction.

“Oh. Well we still have summer! We'll hang out as much as we can” She was still grinning at the other.

“Yeah! It's a deal”

And that's what they did. At the end of the summer they made a promise to each other to stay friends. Little did they know at that time they would slowly drift apart as Alex made a lot of new friends at his new school. While Eve made one new friend who stuck by her and listened to her ramble about her old best friend.

New story with my friend Amy!!! I'm so excited for this story. I really hope you guys like it. Her story Barakat, Jack Barakat just ended(quite sadly might I add)but it was awesome. She's a pretty cool Brit. Make sure to give her some love.
