Just one mistake

Alex's POV

"Something has come up so I can't come today." Tate said and it happened to wake me up as well.
"I don't care, I'm not coming to court because I have more important things to worry about and do." He said and hung up and threw his phone on the bed and groaned and climbed back into bed and cuddled into my back.
"Sorry I woke you up." Tate said quietly and kissed the back of my neck.
"Its okay." I said quietly and rolled over and looked at him.
"I'm sorry about last night, I don't even remember what happened last night all I remember is that I couldn't stop crying and Jack yelled at me." I sniffed and looked down.
Tate made me look at him.
"Its okay. You don't have to say sorry, Jack felt bad for shouting at you but nothing was sinking in." He said quietly and moved some hair out of my eyes.
I moved and cuddled more into his chest and kissed his chest.
"You proper scared me last night." He said quietly.
"I don't know what happened. I just lost it. I'm sorry I scared you." I said.
"What is done is done, I love you no matter what." He said and kissed my forehead.
I looked at him and he kissed me softly which I returned.
"Breakfast?" Tate asked and I nodded.
"Let's go and see if jack is up then." He said and moved and helped me off the bed and we went to the sitting room.

Jack was up and was sat crossed legged on then sofa watching TV.
"Go and sit with him and I'll make breakfast." Tate said and I smiled and kissed him and walked over to Jack and sat next to him and cuddled into his side.
Jack looked at me confused.
"Breakfast Jack?" Tate asked.
"If your cooking then go on." Jack said.
Tate didn't say anything and got on making breakfast.
"I'm sorry." I said quietly.
"You don't have to say sorry to me." Jack said and looked at me.
I smiled.
"Sorry I yelled at you last night." Jack said quietly.
"Its fine, I don't think it even sunk in what you was saying to me anyway." I said and Jack chuckled.
"Keep your hands off my boyfriend." Tate said seriously from the kitchen.
I got up and walked over and hugged Tate from behind.
"Very protective." I chuckled.
"I see the way he looks at you. Your mine." Tate said and turned round to face me and kissed me.
I moved and gave him a hickie on his neck.
Tate looked at me and smirked and turned round.
"Get cooking Cinderella. I'm hungry." I said and slapped his ass which made him giggle quietly.
"Yes! I have finally made you giggle!" I said and walked back over to Jack and sat next to him.
We spent the rest of the day all piled on the bed watching Marvel films because we had nothing better to do.
