Fanboy

I awkwardly stood amongst the other All Time Low fans. It was four minutes until they opened the doors. Everyone was so obnoxious and noisy. I wanted them all to shut up. And they stunk of sweat. I wasn't exactly being mean because it's the truth.

I sighed happily as I unlocked my phone, seeing the picture of Jack and I. I'm still not over it, And I don't think I ever will be. Only two minutes now.

I had already planned out what I was gonna do when they start letting us all in. I'll quickly give the scary security dude my ticket, I'll run to the standing entrance doors, and then I'll sprint to Jack's side of the stage. Simple.

I unlocked my phone and opened up the Wattpad app, since I had better to do than read gay porn. I scrolled through my notifications. A few people had voted for the latest chapter of 'The Fan', which was considerably cool.

"Are you the writer of 'The Fan?'" Someone next to me suddenly said. I turned my head, seeing a teenage girl, whose eye were burning into mine. Not knowing what to really do or say, I gulped and slowly nodded my head.

"Uh.. Yeah." I murmured. Her eyes lit up like fireworks.

"I love your work so much!" She exclaimed, "You're one of my favourite Wattpad writers." She complemented. I smiled shyly. I've never really got complemented for my work before. And I also had a fan, which was more than amazing.

"Thank you.." I said shyly.

"No problem, can I ask you something?" She asked. I barely nodded. "Will Jack and Alex ever officially date?" She asked, seeming very hopeful. I opened my mouth to answer her question, but then I noticed that they were about to let people in. Everyone cheered and started pushing towards the entrance.

"Yeah, sure, totally." I said quickly. I speedily moved to one of the ticket guys, handing him my ticket and then literally running to the standing entrance inside the arena.

I reached to where I wanted to be. I leant against the barrier, sighing deeply. I wish I could fast forward time and make them come on already; my legs are beginning to hurt. I didn't really care for the support acts. I wasn't looking forward for Against The Current, they weren't my style. However I like Good Charlotte, but in the end I'm only really here for my boys.

I'm happy I managed to get where I was, right against the barrier on Jack's side. I couldn't be in a more perfect spot.

Against The Current and Good Charlotte had worn me out, especially Good Charlotte. I've never been so thankful for not being in a mosh pit. They were currently playing some shitty music, whilst some random guys set up the stage for my boys.

The guys soon all walked off stage though, hopefully this means that they'll be coming on soon.

No later than twelve minutes, the music stopped and the lights went out. Everyone around me, including myself, screamed loudly. After meeting my favourite band, I'm finally going to see them perform live.

My heart went crazy in my chest. The lights flashed on and around the stage. I felt like I was going to faint from excitement. I watched as Matt, Jack, Zack and Rian slowly rise from the stage lift. I screamed like a preteen girl as I watched them all get into place. The rhythm for Kids In The Dark started to play.

"London!" Matt shouted into his microphone, "Let's dance!" He shouted. Matt sang whilst walking down the extended part of the stage leading into the crowd, Rian had got into position and started playing the drums, Zack was looking cute whilst playing the bass and Jack was running around somewhere. I jumped with the crowd, singing at the top of my lungs. Tears clouded my vision. Only a minute and a half in and I know that this is where I'm supposed to be. This is the only place I want to be. This is right. This is home.

≪Jack's P.O.V≫

"Thank you so much tonight, London, here's our last song." Matt shouted into his microphone. I started to play the progression for Dear Maria, the last song of the show. Playing tonight has been fucking awesome! The UK fans certainly have a lot of energy and love for us. However, throughout the whole show, I've only had one thing on my mind, and that was the fan I met hours prior at the meet and greet. A very attractive young male who really caught my eye.

I don't know why I couldn't get him off my mind; I really didn't. It wouldn't be the first time that I've been attracted to a fan, but this was more intense.

Matt gave me the 'are you ready to throw your guitar' look. I nodded. This part of the show used to scare the shit out of me, but we've been doing it for so long now that I don't even mind if I smash a guitar. I took the guitar strap off me, and Matt did the same. We tossed our guitars to our guitar techs besides the stage. Luckily, they caught them.

Matt started singing again. With help from the security guards, I slowly climbed off the stage to interact with the crowd more. The people at the barrier went crazy. And amongst them fans was the boy from the meet and greet, this time more sweaty, but still unbelievably adorable.

The guards helped me into the crowd, they held me back as fans grabbed me. I shouted the lyrics along with the fans. I looked below me, noticing that the boy had a tight grasp on my hand. He was looking up at me with his doe-eyes. I smirked at him.

I reached into my back pocket, pulling out the spare guitar picks I snagged from my mic stand, and tossed them into the sea of people. Matt was nearing the end of the song, meaning that I had to unravel myself from the fans. I really couldn't just not say anything to the guy however. He was so hot and all I wanted to do was fuck him. He was definitely eighteen or over, so no problem there, right?

I got out of the crowd. But before I climbed back on stage, I leaned in closely to the guy. I whispered loud enough for him to hear, but quiet enough for no one else to hear.

"Meet me behind the arena after the show, cutie."
