Alex’s P.O.V

Today is the day of the school trip to Malaga. As soon as I found out Jack was going I put my name down on the list to go as a chaperone. As soon as I got into the carpark I was handed a list of the people who would be in my group. There were some names I knew and some I didn’t. I scanned the list carefully from top to bottom and was more than happy to discover that Jack is in my group. This means I can spend as much time as possible around him without staff and other pupils getting suspicious.

“Lisa Ruocco, Holly Leto, Josh Franceschi, Zack Merrick, Alexandria Carter, Kara Diakolous, Ashlynn Rose, Oliver Sykes, Sean Smith, Kenneth Nixon, Jasey Rae & Jack Barakat.” I called out. Everyone in my group made their way to where I was standing.

Great! I thought to myself, my group is full of bitches and class clowns. Lisa is the captain of the cheerleading squad which Holly, Alexandria, Kara and Jasey are apart of. Josh is the captain of the football team which Oliver, Kenneth, Sean and Zack are members of. He is also the class clown. The only two people out of my group I actually like is Jack and Ashlynn. “Hey Mr Gaskarth! I’m guessing we are in your group?” Lisa grinned whilst popping a bubble with her chewing gum.

“Yes Miss Ruocco, this does mean you are in my group and I advice you to get rid of the gum because if Miss Momsen catches you chewing she will give you detention!” I smirked at her. She threw me a dirty look before sauntering of to find the nearest bin.

I felt my phone buzz in my pocket and took it out and unlocking it to reveal I had a text message.

Looks like I’m going to be seeing a lot of you this trip Mr Gaskarth ;)

And what makes you think I want to spend lots of time with you Mr Barakat? ;)

I looked up to see a smirking Jack looking in my direction. I could tell this was going to be a trip to remember.

Jack’s P.O.V

Today is the day of the school trip to Malaga. Miss Momsen handed each of the teachers a list of names, which I’m assuming are the groups. A sigh of relief washed over me when I found out that I’m in Alex’s group. I took out my phone and quickly began typing up a text message. Alex looked up from his phone and straight to my direction where I stood with a smirk plastered on my face. He childishly stuck his tongue out at me before looking down at a sheet of paper in his hands.

“Hey Jack, Are we bus buddies?” An all too excited Zack practically screamed at me.

“Sure!” I laughed at him.

We loaded our suitcases on the bus then made our way inside to find seats. Zack and I decided to sit up the back of the bus with Josh and Oli I settled into my seat and buckled my belt. Mr Gaskarth got on the bus and did a cheeky wink in my direction causing me to giggle.

“What are you laughing at man?” Josh asked curiously.

“Ahh nothing just a text from my sister.” I smiled.

“Alright then” He replied as if forcing himself to believe me.

As if on que my phone buzzed alerting me that I had a new text.

My cheeks were burning and the smile on my face grew wider and wider with each second. I cannot believe he just asked me to be his boyfriend.
