Barakat, Jack Barakat
“You seem like you’re in a very good mood” Cass pointed out to Amy. After their little moment, Amy and Jack had walked back to the hotel hand in hand. They were both staying in separate rooms, Jack sharing with Zack, Alex with Rian and Cass with Amy. Amy hadn’t stopped smiling and singing to herself while getting ready for their night out.
“I’m just having a good birthday” she grinned at Cass.
“Mm, sure” Cass shot her a suggestive look, knowing that something had obviously happened to brighten her friends’ mood, however she didn’t push it any further, dropping the subject.
“So what are you wearing tonight?” Cass asked Amy. Cass had packed more than enough outfits, and was pulling item after item of clothing out of her bag and throwing them around.
“I’ll go change and you can see what you think” Amy walked off into the bathroom. She had gone out shopping alone one day and bought herself a new dress, specifically for this night. She wanted to look good, and this dress not only made her look good, but it made her feel good as well.
“Do you think this is too much?” Amy stepped out of the bathroom wearing a tight fitting black dress that had long sleeves and a deep v neck. It stopped just at the top of her thighs, but wasn’t too short so that it would show anything. It perfectly hugged her hips and showed just the right amount of cleavage.
“Holy crap” Cass looked at her, her jaw dropping.
“Seriously, if I wasn’t with Rian, I’d be taking you home tonight!” Cass whistled.
“Well technically you are taking me home tonight” Amy laughed.
“Something about that dress tells me that I won’t be” Cass winked. Amy sat down to apply her makeup and do her hair, all while Cass was taking 10 hours in the bathroom to get ready. Amy pulled on a pair of black platform heels and pulled on a pink sash that said ‘birthday girl’. Cass had gotten it as a joke, but Amy fully intended on wearing it the whole night.
“Are you ready yet?” Amy shouted from the other side of the bathroom door.
“The guys will be waiting for us”
“I’m coming, just need to put on my shoes” after a few minutes of Cass hopping around the bathroom, she finally made her way out wearing a navy skater dress and heels to match.
“You look so hot” Amy pretended to check Cass out, walking around her in a circle and whistling. The pair didn’t bother taking anything with them, they left their phones and money behind, as Cass knew that Rian would buy her drinks for her, and Amy had specifically been told that all of her drinks would be bought for her because of it being her birthday.
The pair had made it out of the elevator and stepped into the lobby where the guys all stood, dressed in skinny jeans and shirts. Cass walked up behind Rian, scaring him. He turned around to look at her.
“I’ll kill-woah! You look good! Not that you don’t always look good, but you look super hot right now” Cass giggled, trying to hide her blushing face.
“Hey guys, we ready to party?” Amy walked over, them all turning to face her.
“Holy shit” Jack let out before he realised that he had spoken that out loud. Everyone shot him a look while Amy stood trying to contain her laugh.
“I mean… You look nice” he smiled wearily, trying not to turn red from embarrassment.
“You don’t look too bad yourself” Amy walked over to him and ran her hand through his hair. God, she loved doing that. She wrapped her arms around his neck, leaning in to kiss him. It felt good being able to kiss him whenever she felt like again. She almost forgot that all the guys were there, that was until Cass let out a high pitched scream.
“WHEN THE HECK DID THIS HAPPEN?” they all stood completely confused, looking at the pair as they pulled away from each other.
“Mind your own business” Amy winked at Cass, intertwining her fingers with Jack’s and walking out of the hotel to one of the two taxi’s that were waiting outside.
“Lex, you coming with us?” Amy turned to smile at him.
“Fuck yeah, I get to see you bend over in that dress while getting into the cab” he winked and immediately regretted it as Amy smacked him on the back of the head.
“What? Your ass looks good in that dress” he rubbed the back of his head.
“You can look but you can’t touch” Amy jokingly smacked her ass, Alex throwing his head back and groaning. Jack just stood awkwardly holding the door open for Amy to climb in. He felt like he didn’t have the right to call out Alex for hitting on Amy, even if he was joking. She wasn’t exactly his girlfriend again. God only knows what they were at the moment.
5 drinks. 5 drinks and Amy was completely drunk. She was currently being hit on by a guy at the bar.
“Mm, I’d love to see what’s underneath that dress” he leaned into her, trying to look down her dress.
“You’d like that wouldn’t you?” Amy hiccupped.
“Hell yeah I would”
“Well tooooo bad. See that guy over there with the red stripe in his hair?” she located Jack, the guy looking at him.
“He’s mine. Only he gets to see this” she slurred, grabbing onto her boobs.
“And sometimes the girl with him, but that’s different” she laughed referring to Cass.
“Come on doll, just one night, he won’t know” he stroked her hair. Amy burst out into a fit of giggles and walked away leaving the guy completely confused as he moved on to the next girl he laid eyes on. Amy with another drink in her hand, strutted over to the booth the guys were all sitting at.
“Jaaaaccckkkk” she slurred.
“Come dance with me” she grabbed his hand, pulling him up. He didn’t have time to protest as he was pulled through a crowd of people dancing. The pair stood in place as Amy placed Jack’s large hands on her hips and swayed from side to side. She wasn’t really interested in the current song playing, she just kept looking at Jack and smiling. She wasn’t sure if it was the alcohol, or whether she was just genuinely happy to be with him.
“What?” Jack laughed at her staring at him.
“Have I ever told you how much I love your nose?”
“No, that’s a new one” he laughed, poking her nose.
“You know why I like your nose so much?” she smirked at him.
“Do enlighten me” he laughed. She leaned in, whispering dirty things about when he goes down on her. To say Jack was flustered was an understatement. He gulped as she looked at him, that familiar look in her eyes. He knew exactly what she wanted. She grabbed his hand and pulled him toward the guys.
“So, we’re gonna head back early. Um, Jack’s not feeling too good” she patted Jack’s stomach.
“Mmhm, suuurreee” Cass winked at her.
“Have fun” Alex smirked. The pair ran outside to find the nearest cab, and jumped in, giving directions to the hotel.
Jack slammed Amy’s back up against the door of his room as he locked it behind them, immediately crushing their lips together. Amy jumped so that she had her legs wrapped around his waist, her arms around his neck. He slowly made his way towards the bedroom he was supposed to be sharing with Zack. He placed her down on his bed, immediately climbing on top of her, their lips never leaving each other’s. Amy’s hands travelled down his chest, to his stomach then to his belt and began to unbuckle it. She almost whined when Jack pulled away from her.
“Amy, I don’t want to do this” she stared at him in completely shock.
“What?” she snapped at him.
“I mean, don’t get me wrong, I do really want to do this, but not under these circumstances. Look at us, we’re drunk. Neither of us will remember this tomorrow. It’s just not the right time. We shouldn’t be rushing this” he ran his hand through his hair. He had a point. Amy was too drunk to think about what she was rushing into.
“Thank you” she smiled at Jack. He was right. This wasn’t the right time. They shouldn’t be rushing this. Whatever ‘this’ is. Whatever they are.
“Now go back to your room so that you’re not doing the walk of shame tomorrow morning. You’ll never hear the end of it from Cass” he laughed. He walked her to the door, leaning down to kiss her before she left.
The pair were definitely a lot happier.
Am I the only person who is seriously attracted to Jack's nose?
