Toxic valentine

Alex's POV

I was woken up by Jack messing with my hair.
"Hey there sleepy head." He said quietly and stopped what he was doing.
I got hold of his hand and put it back on my head.
"Don't stop." I mumbled slowly falling asleep again.
"You going to get up today?" He asked.
I sighed.
"Maybe." I muttered.
"You going too tell me what yesterday was about?" He asked.
I woke up and looked at him.
"What about yesterday?" I asked as I moved and sat up.
"Why you nearly lost your shit with Elijah." He said quietly.
"He was annoying me, he'd be making digs about me all day and then I found out what he did too you and it just lost it." I said quietly.

"Did you mean it when you said you would kill him?" He asked.
I looked at him.
"No i didnt Jack, you should know that." I said.
"Then why did you say it?" He asked.
"I dunno Jack." I said and looked down.
He pulled me too his side.
"Im sorry I made you feel like shit and you've only just woken up." He said quietly.
I chuckled and picked up on of his hands and started to mess with it.
"It's okay, I forgive but only because I love you and you can get away with murder with me." I said quietly.
He smiled.
"Since we have no one to cook food for us since you scared the new human away we have to cook for ourselves." He said.
"Don't need a pathetic human, going to be having plenty of them running round in the next few months." I said quietly and stopped messing with his hand.
"What do you mean by that?" He asked.
I looked at him.
"Use your head Jack, your a clever person." I said quietly and kissed him and got out of bed and pulled a pair of pants on and went downstairs.

I was sat at the table messing with my tea when Jack came in and wrapped his arms round my shoulders and kissed the side of my head.
"Is that why you've been all grumpy lately?" He asked quietly.
"Pretty much. I don't want this Jack, I want to be normal, I want to be like you have a life like yours." I said quietly.
"Maybe you don't want this, but its gonna happen. You've never been normal, you know that as well. I've always wanted a life like yours, minus the part of actually becoming a king and all that but too have money and be respected." He said and sat on my lap.
"I feel like I've ruined your life as well..." I started but Jack stopped me by kissing me.
"Don't you ever think that again Alex, you haven't ruined my life, in fact you have made it better. People will say that your no good and that but fuck them Lex, having you is all what I care about and not what other people who don't even know you have too say about you because they talk aload of shit." He said.
I smiled.
"It also means after you I'm the most respected in the school." He chuckled and kissed me again.
"I knew you was using me for some reason." I chuckled.
He smiled.
"Come watch a film with me." He said and got off me and got hold of my hand and pulled me up.
"As you wish princess." I said and Jack dragged me too the sitting room and we cuddled on the sofa and watched loads of shitty but good films.
